Uneven big toes. I asked them to fix it and they only filed the one sides a few times. The foot massage was great but they only worked on my toes for under a half hour. I was with my mother in law and her nail technician worked on her for 50 minutes. I have had better service in the past and my mother in law was very pleased.

I just had a pedicure here the other day and Jon did an amazing job. I had the Signature package and he took his time and made sure it was well worth it. The staff was very friendly and the vibe was relaxing. I will definitely be going back. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.

1/5 stars. I went here for a acrylic manicure and was not impressed with the service. My appointment was around 12:35 but I did not start until a 1-1 1/2 hours later, my appointment was only to be 40 minutes long. I had two of my friends with me with later appointments and they both started much before me. When I had finally started the nail tech did not do any cuticle care whatsoever. He put on the tips and walked away, I was probably waiting with the acrylic tips on for 20 minutes. He came back over and I told him what I wanted in design, shape, and length. I had a photo in which i wanted the design but a different shape, which was doable, yet he made a joke saying he had no time to do the shape I requested. I was worried as these were my nails for prom, and I wanted the shape I requested (almond rather than coffin). I thought his comment was extremely rude and started to tear up honestly. While this is all going on I look up to the TV above the wall of powders and they are playing a video of animals being hunted, killed, gutted, skinned, and cooked. So not only was the service terrible, my tech was rude, and they were playing very disturbing videos on the TV. The nails turned out alright, they were pretty from a distance but up close the line work was sloppy and there were large differences in the line thickness on each hand. Another thing that was irritating was the price, online it had said for my manicure with the extensions and designs it would be around 40-50 dollars. It ended up being 70 dollars. My friends were also up charged and upset with the deceiving price online. I have now removed these acrylics, (followed all correct measures in protecting my nails from breaking) and not only are there dents, my nails are extremely damaged and frail. I would never go here again, horrible experience.

These are the worst set of nails I have ever had. I have never written a bad review for any business but I seriously don’t recommend this salon to anyone, especially anyone of color!
I did not feel welcome at all and I was treated very differently from everyone else receiving the same services as me. I waited 40 minutes for them to even get started on my nails. The lady who did my nails rushed and it was very obvious that she was making fun of my nail choice along with the other lady working beside her. She pointed out my nails and would laugh along with the other lady. I wasted so much time here and really regret coming in. My nails look extremely bumpy and streaky, which is a problem I haven’t had anywhere else. I even contemplated on walking out before she applied the acrylic because of how uncomfortable I felt just being seated. I now regret not leaving. My regular salon is not so far away from this one and it is called Elite nails and spa, I recommend this one instead for anyone who wants a good quality set. I only wasted time and money at this salon.

Great, friendly service and excellent results. All of the staff was universally friendly. The timing was a little long, even with a reservation, but we had a large party. Owner, (Ashley) was attentive, good natured, and jumped in personally to do several gels, etc. All-in-all, the experience was a good one. Would recommend!
