The nail tech, who’s name that I didn’t even bother to get, removed so much of my cuticles and the side nail folds that the skin is almost jagged. And she couldn’t even get the nail polish to the base and the side, so they already look a few days old. What’s the point of cutting so deep if you cant paint the nails so far in?
She also left nail polish on my hand, only shaped my clearly uneven nails when I mentioned it, and removed the last of my old nail polish by scraping the cuticle remover tool across it.
Really unprofessional work. I’m better off struggling with my non dominant hand than going back.

First experience was amazing the nail technician Michael highly recommended MY NAILS LASTED FOR 2.5 months no chipping or broken nails HOWEVER THE SECOND TIME AROUND THE LADY NEVER ASKED FOR PERMISSION TO FILE MY NATURAL NAILS UNDER THE ACRYLIC & THEREFORE TRIED TO APPLY
A NATURAL POWDER FOR A FILL HAD TO CORRECT HER LIKE THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AND NOT PAYING EXTRA AND MY NAILS ARE UNEVEN with the ACRYLIC N THIN AS HELL ! I am pissed off I left out the spa unfinished

Horrible service my feet got done right away no issues there I waited 40 mins to get my nails done since they had appts. I got in a chair showed her a picture and it all went left from there I wanted a polish look she wanted to do powder I didn’t like the look of the first nail so I told her she told mdd we to pic a polish I did she moved my stuff and started another person so back to waiting I go with just t the tips glued on. The next person started but wanted a pic before he started I gave a pic that seemed too complicated so I said forget it do the cat eye polish with gold trim he forgot the gold trim so I couldn’t get it the gold spec nail look horrible also my hands look like old lady hands and my nails are all un even she wanted 75 dollars I refused she said 50 don’t come back. Gladly won’t 3 hrs of nothing!

Been to salon 3 times they do a pretty good job but seems like they have been differently each time. I’ve been satisfied with results though and they last long. The last time I got gel when I usually get acrylic. I do realize the process is quicker with gel, but seems like it’s too rushed!

Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. First I was charged $112 for a full set & didn’t noticed till I checked my bank account. The owner asked me to come back, I also complained that my nails looked awful but most importantly I was cut all over multiple fingers & some deep. She only took $5 off my original amount. They should have been free or took more than $5. My fingers are so so sore!!
