Terrible place! This is the second time going back to have this nail fixed due to the gel peeling off. Same thing happened over the thanksgiving holiday (photos attached) to all of my nails. That’s what happens when the gel is put on too thick and a rush slop job is done. Told the girl at the front desk it needed more acrylic put on and she argued with me saying it did not, still argued after I told her I would pay for the acrylic to be added then she got mad and ignored me. Never again will I go back here. I’m a professional and work hard for my money and the expectation is, is that I get what I’m paying for. Not giving customers what they expect and the product that is promoted is stealing. Gel polish is supposed to stay on until your next appointment.

I went in to get my eyebrows done today around 4 o’clock as a walk-in. There was no wait. Anne did such a great job. I always have trouble because my brows are thick naturally but I want them thinner. This is the best they have looked in years! Very happy

Worst experience ever. I’ve had bad experiences at nail salons but this one won them all. I usually get pedicures but don’t really get my nails done, maybe once every few years if that, and I don’t normally get color. So I don’t really have “nail education”. I get in there and it was great at first. I asked for regular nail polish and three coats so it covered my nail well. I didn’t know regular nail polish drys slower than gel nail polish. The woman led me to the drying area, put my stuf next to me, told me to let my nails dry and walked away to her next client. After 5-10 minutes, I walked away and noticed the top of my nail polish was dry, but the polish was moving underneath. I was going to leave it but my friend, who introduced to this place said that wasnt normal. We talked to the person up front and she said I should have stayed under the fan for 30-40 minutes! I told her my nail tech never told me that and she said “you’re supposed to know that.” I told her I didn’t really get my nails done so I didn’t have to know that. I asked for a discount and she said “we don’t give discounts.” She tried to get my nails tech to fix my nails but she was already with another customer. The lady up front offered to fix my nails and My friend told me to get gel nail polish as it drys faster. I did that and still had to pay an extra 15 dollars! I get I would need to pay extra for gel, but no discount or accountability of their screw up. Needless to say this is the first and last time I ever go here!

I had an appointment for a gel pedicure for myself and my 3 year old daughter. After the nail tech sat infront of me first I asked if he could do my daughter’s toes first because she is 3 and I don’t know how long she will want to sit there. Her dad was going to take her to the store while I got mine done. The manager came over and told me their policy is to do my pedicure first and if I wanted my daughters done first the nail tech would do a different persons nails now then come back to us later. We left and decided to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
