Well to start she first asked “are your legs swollen?” And that was so rude because I’m a bigger girl and extremely offensive, there’s just some things you don’t say. Then I got the luxury pedi ($55) and it included a 10 min massage and she did a 5 min massage. I asked if she could get my ingrown and she mangled my toes. Lastly I asked if she could do a specific French tip with design and gave her a pic for reference and she completely did the wrong thing and it looked terrible so I just asked her to take it off and do white tip and this is the end result (last pic)

The owner Kim is Phenomenal!!! I started coming to Love My Nails in December of 2020. I have never been disappointed. I get the dip powder each time on my nails and it looks flawless and lasts between 3 and 4 weeks. It is very durable. Kim is a perfectionist and won’t let you leave until she is satisfied that your nails look absolutely perfect. I will never use another nail tech. Kim is the best.

The girls are always so nice and helpful! Kim is the owner and so sweet! The girls will assist with color pairing or if you’re indecisive like me, they’ll see your vision and have it just as you love it! Kim always makes sure I am happy with my nails and she always makes sure it’s up to par for her too! This is one nail place that pays close attention to detail for my dip nails, everywhere else they seem a little chunky. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and I can’t see myself going anywhere else!

I needed my nail fixed quickly and walked into this salon a few months ago and the owner was happy to help me! The nail techs are very friendly to help. What I absolutely love is they are fluent in English and make me feel very comfortable at my appointments.
Endless color options in gel, dip and regular polish. So many upgrade options too!
I absolutely adore Kim (the owner) and my nail super star nail tech Anne. This is my salon always!

My friend and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and they were full, but very accommodating by saying that we could get pedicures in about 15-20 mins. We waited and the timing was right on. We both got pedicures. I got gel design nails and they turned out perfect to the picture I showed her (Amy was my nail artist). I would highly recommend this nail salon. They were friendly and clean and very accommodating! Prices are fair with East Amherst.
