Tina did an amazing job on my nail extension!💙 She did exactly the same as the picture I showed her. The staff is really good. Will definitely recommend it. ☺️💜

I love coming to this salon for nails – they usually do the most amazing job and are so friendly but my last visit there was not that. I’d made an appt for gel but the tech did acrylics instead and when I mentioned it (because my nails were burning and hurting) she insisted they were the same and it didn’t matter and did nothing to fix them. I also very nicely pointed out that 2 of the nails were pointing upwards and were not natural looking at all – she said they looked good to her and had to be asked 4x before she fixed them. After pointing out that she was doing the wrong kind of nails and that 2 of them needed to be fixed, she obviously became irritated which made the rest of the appointment awkward and uncomfortable. The tech was also very rude in her effort to make conversation. She shared strong opinions which made me very uncomfortable. I paid full price (minus the 10$ reward for having 6 stamps) which I felt was unfair. I left really disappointed and with nails that were burning and irritating my fingers.
After 2 attempts to contact the owner, the whole situation has only become more disappointing.

It was my first time to be here , I really enjoyed my time here and loved my Christmas vibe nails !! Forgot to ask the guy’s name but he really took his time for my nails , was very patient with detailing , took us approximately 2 hrs and I just loved my nails sooo much , I felt so comfortable with the staff and specially my nail tech guy, I was happy dancing too during my appointment as I was extremely impressed and happy with the process and as well as the results!! Would 💯 % recommend Lou nails and I’m definitely coming back here !!!

The service is awesome and the salon is clean! The place doesn’t have the strong chemical smell which is great for people who are sensitive to smell. This will probably be my go-to nail salon! 🫶🏻

I got a shellac manicure here which was average. It did seem that they were reusing some nail tools before cleaning them. Then I went back to get the shellac removed and to have regular polish put on. They thinned my once healthy nails out so much that that they hurt. The polish was applied in thick layers and given no time to dry in between. When I left the salon and looked in the sunlight I saw that the polish was already warped because of the thick layers. I think it also had to do with the hot fan used to dry the polish because it looked melted. A few days later I tried to remove the polish at home but it wouldn’t come off! Makes me think they used gel polish instead of regular polish.
