Last time I came here the gel pedicure was better. I thought perhaps all their technicians were equally good. I was wrong. Tonight the woman was rough and didn’t understand English. When she didn’t understand me a second time the owner filled in and did the color. He did a poor job and only gave me a ten percent discount and advised me to schedule my next appointment with a specific person. I am unhappy with the service and results.

The guy doing my nails was nice but did not know how to do acrylics… I went to this place with my friends and my friends both got beautiful full sets. but mine on the other hand weren’t shaped correctly, the man didn’t keep the length I wanted, and my nails broke and chipped 2 days after I got them done for $71 plus tip… I would recommend this place but be aware that it is a hit or miss!!

I had an absolutely great experience at Lotus Nails! Carolin was extremely helpful on the phone and got me a full set same day! She did my nails exactly like the reference picture in less than an hour and was able to help me get my eyebrows done as well! Unfortunately there was a super rude customer in the store at same time as me definitely a karen lol, but the workers handled the situation with so much grace, I would vouch for them any day! I will definitely be coming back:)

Thank you Tony for my checkered nails and for being so patient!! Only thing that wasn’t done was a second coat on the checkered white since there’s areas not as bold and many bumps in the color. but overall great great color! For the uneven areas I would have def added a discount. But like I said, it’s nice and hopefully not too noticable on the bumpy areas.

I went in to get a full set and everybody was so sweet and Vivian did an amazing job on my nails. She was so nice and her details on the nails were immaculate! I am in love with my new set and will be going back for my next set for sure.
