My family was in Tampa for our son’s 27th birthday. We needed something to do, so we decided to get pedicures. It was me, my husband, our son, and his best friend, and it was the boys’ first pedicure experience.

I called and made the appointment for about 2 hours later. We arrived, and they were ready for us within 5 minutes.

All four of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My husband has an ankle fusion on his left foot, making it very sensitive, and the tech was extremely gentle with him.

I had a technician working on my gel manicure while Lin did my pedicure. The tech working on my manicure did a great job layering the polish on my nails, and Lin was AMAZING!!! Normally, I don’t like the foot/leg scrub because techs rub too hard, and the hot water burns my legs when they remove it, but Lin used the perfect amount of pressure, and it didn’t burn at all when she removed it. She did an amazing foot massage, too!

We went there on Dec 8. It is now Jan 2, and my nails are just now starting to chip, so I’ll be getting them done at my usual spot this weekend. If we lived in Tampa, though, I would go to Lotus Nail Bar every time!

I have been in a couple different places to do my acrilyc manicure and this is my favorite place. 100% recommended. Best service and best quality job.

I’ve come here a couple of times for pedicures and they’ve always done a great job. However, I’ll never get a manicure here again. First, the woman used a dirty towel on the counter, covered in nail dust and dead skin. This should have been a red flag and I should have just left then, but I didn’t. My mistake. I got a gel manicure done and when she was cutting my cuticles it was painful, but I thought “maybe that’s normal?” Then she sprayed alcohol on my nails and it burned like crazy, so I looked at my nails and there was blood around them. She maimed me. The manicure itself is terrible, but I don’t even care about that part. I really hope they sanitize their tools and I don’t get some blood borne pathogen bc my nails are a bloody mess. I tried to take pictures and you can kind of see it, but not great. Do yourself a favor and don’t get your nails done here.

I thought based on the stars this would be a good nail place; this is probably the worst dip I’ve ever had they are warped looking the bottom is so thick and the top is thin – so uneven finger nails are chunkier looking – I have no idea why I tipped the lady 20%!!!! She had attitude with me about the length and she does not know how to make nails look natural and good. I paid way too much for this, I’m just scared they won’t fix it but make it worse.

Most recent visit are the last two pictures. I’ve had a different nail tech for pic 1, another for pic 2, and a third for pics 3/4. All three did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this place!
