Amazing experience! Thai is the best and the only person I’ll go to for my hair cut/trims. Her shop is beautiful, conversation and energy is amazing. She’s a great person and cuts my hair perfect every time. She offers a great price, I would recommend her to anyone. Always very happy going here!

I chose this place based on the reviews I saw online and I even drove 20 minutes to go there thinking it would be a good experience. Right off the bat, the woman looked at my nails and was adamant that i had acrylics on, I insisted that it was dip powder but my nails were long. I literally had to convince her that those were my real nails. I told her I wanted stiletto shaped nails and she did not really know what I meant so the best way to explain it to her was “long and pointy” and she said she would have to charge me extra to shape them (????) . She proceeded to remove the old dip powder on my nails by sticking a fake nail in between the old, hard dip powder and my real nail and also using a metal nail clipper to remove the chunks that were really stuck to my nails. I told her she was hurting me but her response was “I’m not hurting you, you’re just scared”. I proceeded to abruptly take my hand away from her and asked her to please file down the old, hard dip powder and then soak the nail in acetone to let it dissolve like every other nail tech does. After finally removing the old dip powder, she went ahead and clipped my nails extremely short making me lose all hope to have my desired result. She goes ahead and puts the clear dip powder over my nails and then puts gel polish over it. I reminded her that I came in for a dip manicure but I guess the only dip powder they have is the clear one!!!!!! My nails ended up looking all thick and chunky and with lumps. You can clearly see the strokes of the nail polish brush, they aren’t smooth at all.
Lastly, I told the lady I would have to skip the gel pedicure because I had to be out of there by 11:45 and it was already 11:20. She reassured me that she would have enough time to do the pedicure but 11:45 came around and my feet were still wet and my toes not even ready to be painted. I told her I had to leave and that I had no more time left. These people (the nail tech and the owner) decided that I should pay $115 for the ugly manicure she gave me and the unfinished pedicure. They definitely just took my money and ripped me off. I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. I needed a nice mani pedi for Vegas and now my nails look hideous and I have to pay someone else to do my feet. 😒
