Wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL. Terrible finishing on dip nails. Got them done on Saturday and it’s already chipping everywhere. When they were finishing up he had to redo the right hand because he did them wrong. When I noticed the finishing was not great and requested them to fix it, the guy just kept saying no and that he liked them. He didn’t take none of my nails have smooth dip. They are visibly bumpy. The other lady at the salon did not even offer to fix them or ask me to come back to get them fixed. They truly don’t care about their customers. Now I have to get my nails redone.

Tan is incredible! The care and attention he puts into his art is evident immediately. Tan is kind, gentle, precise, and just a joy to be around. I couldn’t be happier with my nails, and I’ve never felt so at peace while getting my nails done— 11/10 recommend.

Tan is amazing. I got a gel full set w/ design and gel pedicure. They both came out really out nice. I also got an eyebrow wax, but I did not catch her name. My mom said they looked nice when we FaceTimed. ☺️ I was happy.
2/27/24: Popped in and they were a little busy, APPOINTMENTS are necessary, so I made one and came back to see Karen.. I got a French Powder Dip and a Regular Pedicure, and was a happy lady… 👸🏽

I generally never leave reviews but I’m so disappointed with the dip manicure I got here. The guy who did my nails was so rough, rushing and did an awful job. Within 24 hours I have several nails that are cracking and chipping.

I didn’t get a chance to get my nails done before coming to Boston. I googled nail salons near me (on a sunday) and voila found Lotus with great reviews! I called to see if they had availability and that I could get there in 15 min, and they said yes. I went in and they had me check in and they had a seat ready for me for my pedicure session. I had some pain on the corners of my toes and when I told her she took care of it and said “thank you for letting me know” that was awesome! She had great customer service! I chose the color white for my nails and they came out looking so nice! I enjoyed my experience here and will be visiting here everytime I am in town. Also there’s a Dunking Donuts right across the street if you need your coffee fix before or after lol!
