I do have one complaint though; when I was there this last time I had individual lashes done & they only lasted 3 days. I’m not used to lashes but I know the techniques for care, & she said they’d last 2-3 weeks depending on how I cared for them. I just thought they’d last for more than they did.
1. The lady who worked on my eyebrows was rude and impatient. She acted like she had somewhere else to be. Maybe she did, but if that was the case, she shouldn’t have touched my eyebrows.
2. I told her how I wanted my eyebrows done and she refused to listen to me. She took off too much off of them. She even managed to cut me. Now I have to wait for them to grow back, while walking around looking like I’m surprised.
3. I was told one price for my eyebrows to be done. When I tried to pay with my card, they tried to charge me a different price, saying that they were charging me for using a card. They didn’t tell me that when I asked. I went to another store and got cash back to pay them.
Suffice to say that after the service that I received today, I won’t be returning there or recommending this place to anyone I care about.
