Honestly if I could I’d give ut zero stars. This place was 100% terrible.
Took me and my daughter there and they told us one price then after they were done they charged us extra because they used lotion we didn’t ask for. So they charged 10 extra and then the nails both look awful. Not satisfied at all. I almost just asked them to take it off.
Already having a bad day, came here to make it better but it just made it worse.
So I paid and left.

Poor pedicure was done. First I told her the water was to hot so she ran more water and that was scorching hot, then she didn’t believe me because she was feeling the water with gloves on, this was after the water burnt my foot. When it was time to paint my toes everything was going good and then I was trying to look at my toes when she finished and she put my socks on that were in my shoes in a hurry so when I got to the front I looked at my toes and couldn’t believe what I saw. I was already still hurting from the water on my foot and I never got an apology for that! I won’t be returning at all! This was not worth $61 at all!

Poor service paint everywhere acrylic not smooth was told by the partner Vickie? There’s nothing she can do. She can wait 45 minutes to get it fixed, and we have already been here 2 hours. Nothing was offered. They will not take responsibility for their work! Run

Poor service and rude…went up on the original price quoted but only after trying to blame me., by saying that I didn’t ask for the service originally.
I paid $40 for a gel color change, matte. No pedicure/manicure! Only a poor polish change. I DO NOT have to patronize a business where integrity has no place and I am not valued, but instead made to feel as if I have no other choice but to owe you my business.

Visited this salon with my family and received rude customer service. When you walk into the establishment the prices are listed on a huge poster. You also receive a card in which you select services you want and at the end they write the fee of each service received. At the time of payment there was an additional charge for taking off nail polish (no big deal) however when we asked why the fees weren’t written in our service card like all the others the rep stated that the prices listed are “old” and that their customers know. We’re from out of town so we didn’t know. Then one of the technicians proceeded to be rude and started speaking negatively of us in Vietnamese not knowing that my family and I speak the language. When confronted about their behavior it became an even bigger issue and they accused us of trying to skip the bill even though we had already paid. In the future it would be wise to update your price listing and not be disrespectful to your customers in ANY language for any reason
