I love this place! My nail tech not only listened to me he also provided guidance on what would work best and it was definitely the right choice. I was going on a trip for 2 weeks and i needed my nails to look good and not chip during the entire trip and he recommended dip powder. Not only did my nails look great the whole time, but the manicure itself was so thorough and smooth. The prices here are extremely reasonable, they have great hours and were able to see me same day.
I wanted my nails extremely short (personal preference) and they were able to make them still look amazing.

Same day service was accepted. Friendly staff. But the quality of the service was terrible. None of the instruments are sterilized or in view to see them being sterile. The woman that did my nails wasn’t wearing gloves and had very visible damaged skin on her fingers and potential infection with cracks and scars ready to bleed. My nails were not done well she did not give me an actual manicure. (I’m glad since I wasn’t comfortable with the lack of clean instruments) so nothing was actually done to my cuticles or my nail bed. She did not file any of my nails to uniform. She didn’t file the top to smooth out for longer lasting. She wasn’t able to paint the gel without leaving visible streaks from brush and insisted on using two old dried up bottles of top coat. My nails look terrible. The top coats are so bumpy and streaky with texture it’s insane. DO NO COME HERE

When I first had my nails done I was amazed at how beautiful they came out but the day after my right thumb started chipping, then the following day(this morning specifically) my left thumb. This has never happened at any of the other nail salons I have been to. I’m very disappointed!! I drove all the way from Globe, AZ just to try this place out, I completely regret my decision. $45+tip and these haven’t lasted me even a week. My nails were done Friday February 11, 2023 and today is Monday 13, 2023.

I’ve been going to Lo Ann’s for 2 yrs and my nail tech guy John is PHENOMENAL!! He ALWAYS does such a fantastic job on my nails and awesome pedicures! I recommend this place highly!!!
