I recently visited for a routine pedicure, hoping for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be anything but relaxing. The technician handling my pedicure was incredibly rough. Not only did they clip my cuticles excessively, but they also left me with open wounds on four of my toes. I am a foot model and have an event this weekend, and to know I spent a good amount of money to basically be mutilated is incredibly upsetting!

Visited last month for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was great! I opted for the 2nd option on their menu, and boy, did it beat my expectations! However, the manicure was not as expected. I opted for the dip powder as it’s said to last longer than the gel polish. It was thicker than I’ve seen on others and far out from my cuticles, so it already looked grown out. The dip only lasted 1.5 weeks before I started getting edges peeling up, so I had to soak them off like acrylic nails. So, to sum this up; I’d suggest their pedicure and get regular gel polish with your manicure.

I had an amazing experience here! The staff is very kind and inclusive. It’s so clean and nice inside. They work fast too, I came in with 2 other people and they had us all done in an hour.

Been coming to this salon since it was newly opened! Always the best and I just love my nails so much! Nathan was amazing with my Gel X ($60), French tips (+ $10), and chrome (+ $10) which is a very reasonable price! Nice and clean salon! Highly recommended 🥰

I had a very weird experience today at the salon, and I don’t really understand why certain things even happened. I got an acrylic fill last Thursday that I was not happy with. The finish was uneven, and there was acrylic Gel on my skin on my skin. I was going to accept it and just wait it out until my next appointment until four of my nails came off. I do an overlay But with the way, my nails were lifting two of my nails broke. When I called to do a fix, I explained that I was supposed to be with Tim But at the time of my appointment I was Notified that he wasn’t in so I trusted the Other nail tech, which is when these problems arised. So when I asked if I could come in for a fix, I requested that Tim fix my nails, and there was no hesitation there. However, when I came in every single nail tech came and looked at my nails, they took pictures, and at one point I thought they tried to sneak a picture of me. But I could be wrong. I was constantly asked who did my nails last time and I genuinely Did not remember and I don’t know how many times I had to explain myself. Finally one of the other nail tech walked over and And showed me a Text message from the manager that was so unnecessarily rude as if I’m supposed to know what’s going on in the background Nail salons. I understand that the nail techs work on commission but at no point did anybody tell me that the Person that did my nails initially was the same person that had to fix my nails. If I was told that I would’ve completely understood. And at that point, I would’ve just waited it out until my next appt. This left such a sour Taste in my mouth because the entire time I was so kind and Told them that I was not upset and I was so thankful that they were fixing my nails and Tim was nice to me the entire time as well, and And enjoying our conversation. I had no intention of leaving With a free full set, I just wanted to fix Were broken. I was so frustrated and upset with the way Everything happened that I ended up pulling out cash from their ATM because if it was a money And the nail tech weren’t getting their commission Then fine I’ll just pay… but you should never let a customer feel So uncomfortable asking to have something fixed. If it was an issue, I would’ve completely understood and I would’ve just waited it out. I hope that Tim got the money that I gave. Along with his tip. This is a great salon however, their customer service Needs Improvement. I’ll have to think twice before coming back here because No customer should ever feel this way.
