-1 star, cut me (seen a dot of blood)
-1 star, asked several times for hot water and she did, but not hot enough so was still just warm and was even less so in a matter of 2 minutes each time.
-2 stars, my wife had an even worse experience right next to me. She could have washed and painted her toes at home.
Sadly, it was a waste of $180. Not recommended.

Absolutely horrified at the ignorance and idiocy of this nail salon. Before even sitting down I showed a picture of what I wanted and asked several times if the tech was able to and comfortable doing the design I wanted. During the mail process she burned my nails with the dremel, cut my cuticles with the file, and did not have a single clue as to do the design I asked for. I stopped her mid way and kept asking if they would turn out how the picture looked. She then said she could take it all off and start over. At this point I had already been there an hour and was out of time to even go anywhere else and have them fixed. She then charged me 60$ for these lumpy, hideous, not what I wanted nails. I rarely have the time or money to splurge on myself and now am beyond pissed that I wanted what little time and money I did have on this trash experience at a horrible nail salon. Not to mention the employee asleep in the manicure area snoring so loudly that it took over the sound of the tv. This place is not a 10/10 but a -1/10 and do not recommend ever!

I’ve gone to Lily 2 for about 12 years. For some reason the last 3 times I’ve gone I have been stuck with the same terrible manicurist. She’s cut me slightly before, but today she cut through my nail into the nail bed. I’m not going back and I may report them to the state licensing agency. Don’t go to Lily Nail 2.

I could have washed my feet and painted my toes at home for a lot cheaper than $65. They didn’t do scrape the dead skin or rum my legs or anything like that. Very disappointed
