Lily always does an amazing job on my nails. She is good company and easy to talk to. I prefer that she is appointment only as their are fewer distractions and a calmer environment.

Disappointed with how nails were done. 3 nails broke off in less than 7 days. They were acrylic nails and she charged me $100. It was my first time at her shop and she took me as a walk-in and squeezed me in at the end of the day after her last customer. I thought that was nice. When the first two nails came off on day 2 she fixed them complimentary and I was happy with that. She squeezed me in after her last customer at the close of the business day and that was great customer service. But when the 3rd nail broke off day 5, she said she couldn’t do anything to help me and told me to go else where. I was surprised to hear this. Acrylic nails should last at least 2-4 weeks minimum, never less than a week. I think she did a rush job and she’s understaffed (she’s the only nail tech working in her shop other than the woman who does pedicures at the moment). She seems overworked and can’t handle the intel of client requests. Also another thing, although my pedicure was done great, none of pedicure massage chairs work. Really disappointed about this! I yr ied to work with her and be a customer to the business but I was completely taken aback when she turned me down to fix the 3rd nail that came off in less than a week…..nails that she did! She asked me why I wouldn’t go somewhere else to fix it? Acrylic nails should last at least 2-4 weeks minimum, so for my nails to fall off and in less than a week. Truly disappointing! She said she didn’t have the time to fix. Overall poor experience and in the end didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. In all I spent $140 the day of initial service and gave her and other woman $10 tip. However, I won’t be going back and I won’t be recommending this salon to anyone.

Lily is amazing!! I’ve been going to her for almost a year now and I’m never disappointed! She is so thorough and always makes sure you leave happy! I drive 45 minutes just to see her! My nails always last so long I’m always getting compliments!! ☺️
