I love going to Lilly Nails. They always do an outstanding job, and the customer service is amazing! They genuinely care about making you feel beautiful. The staff is fantastic. It’s a very relaxing environment. I highly recommend it! 💅

I tried Lily Nails after reading so many raving reviews. I had my appointment on 4/11/24 with an appointment at 5:00 pm and left happy. I went on vacation on 4/15 and was only drinking coffee and my nail cracked and a piece broke off. I wrote Lily Nails on Facebook immediately to let them know what had happened and when. I knew I wouldn’t be home for a week. I was told to come in and get it fixed. I went into the store on 4/22 to have it fixed. After showing them my nail I was asked if I wanted to wait or come back another time. She then said I would wait over an hour if I wanted them to do it today or I could come back another time. I said I would come back on 4/23 but, really see no point. This was dip polish with no tips but, only my natural nail. I take a lot of pride in my nails, length and look. I had to cut that nail as far down as I could without hurting my finger to keep it from snagging on stuff. It’s now proceeding to chip even more. I also see a crack on/in the dip on another finger. Very disappointed to spend $148.00 for a pedicure and manicure with tip included to have them ruined in 3 days. I see no point in going back at a later date to have the nail fixed because all the other nails are beginning to grow out now. I purposely waited until the day before I left town to get my nails done so they would look good on vacation and wouldn’t grow out until after I was home. I was upset when it broke but, even more upset when I was told to come back some other time or I could wait for an hour or more. An apology would have went a long way. Prior reviews are good so they are worth giving a shot but, I wasted $148.00. If you can’t fix it at least offer a small refund or a dollar amount off on the next set. I hated to leave this review because I thought I found a new nail place with Lily Nails.

I went to get a full new set and remove my old ones. The lady didn’t soak off the acrylic from my nails at first, so it hurt when she tried to scrape it off. She then soaked my nails, and the guy took over while she helped someone else . I tried telling the lady what I wanted but I don’t think she heard me but when I told the guy what I wanted, he understood but told me the more colors I got , the more it would cost. I showed him a picture of what I was going for . I’ll also put it here, too. I picked the colors myself based on the selection I had. You can’t choose colors that aren’t there. So I had to improvise. I still liked the colors I chose. Total cost came out around $60. Kinda what i expected to pay anyway. Next time, if I want something fancier, I’ll make an appointment with Lily.

I took my 8 year old daughter for Gel color finger and toe nails. She enjoyed it! Great prices, great quality, very speedy and excellent service! I would recommend them as your go to place!

Traveling from Ohio, I am taking a nursing contract. I chose this salon based on their google reviews. It was not a mistake! They are some of the sweetest people. I felt very welcomed and confident with Ven and other stylists. It’s also so beautiful in the building. I highly recommend for short term or long term appointments. You will not regret it! 10/10!
