I payed 66$ for my nails. My nails were see-through and crooked. I tried to call for a refund, and she started to yell at me. One of my nails has already fallen off. I also asked for a simple j initial on my ring finger and they could not do it. The nails are all different lengths. I’m not very happy with how mine turned out I hope you can have a better experience than I did.

It wasn’t busy. I came in on a tuesday afternoon and there were only two other clients there when I came in and one left a few minutes later. I asked for a shellac french manicure. I asked for the pink and white but she just gave me clear I think. She was in a rush but there was only one other customer in there other than me. I had to point out some parts where she didn’t paint the French tip well like in the corners. I also had to file it down to make it more even when I got home. The prices are reasonable and The manicure looks fine if you don’t look too close but I wish she could’ve taken her time more and paid attention to the details instead of rushing.
UPDATE:
I went back and another lady did my nails and she did very well! The color is not what I expected compared to the sample but I’m still happy with the results and the attention to detail she had while doing my nails.

I always have a great experience at Lily’s. The staff are all friendly. The place is very clean and big so you don’t feel cramped in.

I wish i could give them a zero or negative review. When I came here Wednesday, The owner of Lily was not only unfriendly but displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Throughout my visit, I noticed their disinterest in providing quality service. They were curt, dismissive, and seemed more focused on rushing through the process than ensuring a satisfactory result

I’ve been coming to Lily’s for a couple months to get my acrylics done because the guy named Tony does a good job on my nails, and the prices are very reasonable. Yesterday I went him and he did a really good job on my new set that he did, and I love it
