Lili Nail &Spa Salon

I have been coming here for quite sometime and my nails are always on point. The salon is always clean and the staff very professional. They take their craft very seriously. If u come with an instagram pic and it wont look good they will tell you because they want to reflect the best.

the dude was straight forward and no small talk and the nails lasted me the entire two weeks before my refill. He was also straight forward with what he could and couldn’t do on my nails 🤷 no problems from me

I went in to get a refill and the owner was there by himself before he began starting he started talking very bad about the set I had previously telling me the nail tech is bad and asking me where I went. He began the set and was on the phone talking the entire time. He seemed irritated the whole time doing the set huffing and puffing. I asked him if he would be able to do a design and he said yes we do a lot of different designs. He then denied three different designs I showed him which I was fine with because I wasn’t going to give him a hard time just for that. So I showed him another inspo pic and he wasn’t really down to do it but then I told him it’s ok it doesn’t have to be perfect you can just recreate it in your own way I’m not picky. I chose two different shades of pink for a bow design one was supposed to be an outline for it. I asked if those shades were good to do the design and he said yes. He then began doing the design and then after he was almost done he said it wasn’t gonna work and he said I’m just gonna paint over it and not do the design without asking me if that I was ok. So I said nicely I asked if you can do designs and I did not intend for that to come off rude and I personally don’t think it did at all I said it very nicely. He admittedly got super offended and started saying I do designs you don’t know what you are talking about, you don’t know nothing, I wasted my time doing your nails, I feel like you don’t appreciate all my hard work. I was beyond confused on why he was saying all these things. I am a very unproblematic person I just wanted to get my nails done. He kept saying I wasted his time mind you the place was empty no one was walking in and it’s not like he was doing the set for free. So I said back I wasted my time and he looked at me and rolled his eyes so hard and didn’t say nothing for then remanding time I paid him and thanked him as well and he did not respond. Also when I was picking a shade of pink I picked out and he said that’s not pink that’s nude and started laughing in my face and it actually was a light pink. He was talking bad about the nails I had coming in but the nails he did on me are very bumpy and uneven. I feel like as a business owner he was very unprofessional from the beginning everyone knows it is not professional as a business owner to talk bad or gossip about other businesses. I absolutely do not recommend going here.

The pictures posted were taken only 5 days after getting this brand new full set. I never post reviews, but after this experience it felt necessary. I called to see if they could repair my nails and the man I spoke to gave me a very hard time, and even hung up on me twice. The man I spoke with wouldn’t prioritize my appointment and fit me in, despite the fact that I had just gotten my nails done and they were already lifting and breaking off. I told him that “I received bad service and that it’s only fair to at least make time for me” and he basically told me “if the service is bad, don’t come back”. Moral of the story is; once they get your money they don’t care about the client. This salon doesn’t stand behind their product and clearly has very poor customer service.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for over 4 yrs.. Once the new owners took over I believe that they’ve gone down hill. Was in today to get nails done and a design done. Was told they don’t have time??? What you don’t have time ..MAKE TIME!!!!
