Customer Reviews:
The nail technician was very talented. I asked for a somewhat complicated nail design and she executed it perfectly.
Unfortunately, they didn’t have the necessary tools to remove it. I had to stop the lady from applying excessive force, as it was uncomfortable.
Later, I chose a sheer lilac color for my gel nails. Firstly, the lady accidentally cut my hand while working on the cuticles, causing it to bleed. She continued cleaning it until I mentioned the discomfort, and she accidentally cut my finger. Moreover, while applying the gel, the color wasn’t evenly distributed.
Today is Tuesday, and I haven’t done any work or washed dishes, yet the gel is already coming off.
Surprisingly, I still paid a total of $70, including a $15 tip. I usually tip generously as I appreciate hard work, but what makes me to leave a comments here is because I didn’t expect such an expensive gel treatment to have such a short lifespan. I can’t recommend this experience, and it’s challenging to put into words how disappointed I feel about it.
