My husband and I decided to go and get pedicures today and I am glad that we did. We then decided to go to Lexington Nails I had Q do mine and my husband had Tina we both chose the Lexington deluxe pedicure with sweet orange scent they both did a fantastic job very detailed oriented and experienced. Q especially was very kind gentle and considerate we would definitely recommend these techs and we will definitely return. I can’t speak on the past but we had a great experience today!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had not only was the customer service horrible and the nails themselves don’t even last. I had my nails done on the third of July I came in I was a walk in I was with my sister the first man to greet us was the owner he was very rude we asked for a certain design he replied with an attitude we don’t do here we said okay that’s fine I’ll pick something else I then go with him to sit down bc he said he could do my design we sit down I tell him what I want he’s yanking my hand all around I said I’m sorry if you tell me how you want me to put it I will then he starts the process I tell him the length I want my nails he looks at me and says that’s to long you don’t want that I said yes I like them longer he asked me why I replied bc my hands are small and it makes them look bigger he then continues to ask me why I like them so long to the point it was annoying but I’m used to it so I laugh it off then he starts speaking to another worker ab me and as he’s doing them they are very thin to the point where when he was filling them they were bending so I asked for him to do a thicker layer he does but he didn’t do the color right it was supposed to be a pink to white ombré using the acrylic powder he didn’t blend it right so they were just sharp lines of pink to white I asked him to fix and he didn’t then he’s filling and there’s lots of bumps and uneven filling in my nail he looked at where he messed up and Shrugged an then told me I was done I told him I didn’t want gel bc it’s more expensive and I don’t like gel to Much anyways I went back onto my phone bc I was so annoying and he puts gel on them tells me 65$ I said I wasn’t happy but I payed bc they were ab to closed and waited for my sister to be done she got her feet and hands done I went out to the car bc I had been there for hours from 3-7 to be exact anyways i go back in bc my sister is still getting her nails done were talking about the price I show her where mine where it’s messed up and tell her how Much I paid for them while he’s painting her nails he tells her a price 110$ she asked why is it that much he then says you had feet and hands done she said yes but I only had my feet painted my sister says the price isn’t right I was told different he replied quit being so cheap your a cheap customer I’ve done this ten years I think I know what’s worth what your a cheap customer other people not like you my sister then reply’s that lady told me a cheaper price I don’t care to pay I have the money it just isn’t right to be told. One price and charged another he then says the lady that told you price doesn’t know English she don’t know what she’s taking ab my sister then says no she’s not the One who told me lulu was the one who told me and she very nice speaks perfect English He kept telling her no lulus not the one who told you my sister says sir she is the one she told me her name and even if that was the case that the lady who didn’t speak great English was the one to tell us the prices why would they have that person telling people that , that doesn’t make any sense anyways lulu was the one who told us the price we finish we pay then we are waiting for her nails to dry he then shuts off the dryer and says they are dry now my sister Said no it’s still wet bc she touched to check and it left a mark but he made us leave anyways. Update now days later July 8th my nails are already completely lifting its been 5 days and my nails are already coming off i don’t recommend going unless you have cece or lulu do your nails and even then it’s risky the way they interact with their new customers is just completely rude the other owner even yelled and said rude things when someone walked out

I paid for a pedicure and gel polish on 6.14 2 of the photos were taken 6.22. The two with some polish. The photo with no polish at all was taken 6.24. But, I had no polish left on either hand by 6.23. In my past experience, at other salons, my polish lasted roughly 2 weeks. I had gotten my nails done to look nice on a family cruise so I was very disappointed that they didn’t even last the full trip.
I was immediately concerned when the gentleman giving me my pedicure grabbed a plastic toiletry container for his tools. They were not removed from an autoclave, plastic wrapping, or any other hygienic cleaning system. In fact, it appeared that they had been used for numerous past clients. I would have gotten up and left immediately (as I should have) but was worried about how to do that in a polite manner.
My gel polish was atrocious. The gentleman was very polite and nice, but nice unfortunately, doesn’t equal good work. He did not get anywhere near the bottom of my nail bed. As seen in the photos. The gel polish was peeling up and chipping as early as 6.19. This was a waste of money for my nails and I can only hope that I don’t get a nail fungus on my toes. I will never return.

This business doesn’t even deserve to be in business. Every time I go I leave thinking why did I just waste my time and money? Kelly is the absolutely WORST. She rushes through, does a terrible job (even after you ask her to fix) she IGNORES what you say, sits and texts while you’re waiting for her to work on you. Today she did my pedicure and there’s nail polish all over the skin near my toes. Then she did my gel mani I noticed nail polish all over my actual fingers and asked her to fix it and she ignored my request. It’s unbelievable the “example” she sets for the rest of her staff. Run away. Spend your money on elsewhere and your nails will thank you.
