Le’s Nails & Spa in Baltimore, MD

I hated it he invalidated what I wanted I’m a passive person so it got to the point where I just shut down my nails look a mess I’m crying I’m popping them off now. I just paid and left as I was trying not to cry this the first getting my nails done here the price was cheap 50 dollars but I ain’t have a problem I figure I would go in there paying 100 plus but I got ten dollars nails so I wasted 40 dollars im a beginning n my nails look like this I really wish I could get loud and go off that’s just not in my character so I’m writing this as a warning. Also was cut real bad I’m venting here cause I’m in tears

The first time I stopped here was cool. I took my 7 year old to get her nails polished and the lady was very nice.
Yesterday, I called what I thought was this place and was told to come but not take longer than the 20 minutes I said it would take to get there. Before we walked in 3 women walked in to meet the woman that was waiting for them. Anyway, I asked the young lady who was good for pedicures and she pointed out the lady at station 4. We waited for a long while and then the lady from station 4 came and asked me if I was waiting for her and I said yes. She was so rude when she said oh no that my last customer. Then she proceeded to yell through the shop that I said I’d called but it wasn’t here. She said she was tired blah blah blah. Everyone was laughing even though I didn’t find it funny at all. It was an honest mistake and I even asked the person on the phone if they were across from the post office. Instead of nicely letting me know I called the wrong place and they were booked they laughed and were rude. The same lady that did my daughter’s nails before offered to take one of us. She was the only one that was professional and nice so if they ever do get my money it will go to her. They lost a potential regular customer who tips anyone that services me.This shouldn’t stop you from trying. I’m just sharing my experience. They were very unprofessional and lucky I didn’t want to act out in front of my niece.

Not a fan of this salon at all. Horrible job on my mani and Pedi. Nail techs are rude and rush through. Way overpriced IMO. Would much prefer to go to the salon on the second floor.

My nails broke a hr after I got them done because they didn’t use enough acrylic. They refused to fix and claimed there was no manager. They are also unsanitary

I was in & out . The older lady did a great job on my pedicure & price was good.
