I was excited to come here after looking at other reviews of very beautiful nails. I made an appointment online for a fill and pedicure for the following day at 12pm which was confirmed that same evening. I showed up on time and there were quite a few people waiting. I checked in on their device up front and sat to wait to be called. They checked in with me and said I needed to wait a little which was fine. After 20 minutes or so they had a chair for pedicure ready. The water they filled it with was VERY hot and had to be cooled down. Once they came back and added cold water it was good. However I sat in the chair soaking my feet for nearly an hour before anyone began working on me. The poor woman they eventually had helping me was skipping around from client to client starting a new one before finishing the previous. Two people that sat down after me were finished before I was which was irritating. I chose my colors and one was a dark shade which wasn’t quite black and she failed to acknowledge that and just painted my toes black. I decided it wasn’t worth complaining over. Then when I went to the nail tech for my fill they were moving at what seemed like a very rushed pace. It took her a very long time to locate the color I wanted and when she did find it whoever used the color last put the wrong lid on and she started using the WRONG color. I stopped her and pointed out that it wasn’t what I’d asked for so she went looking for it again. She did finally find it and I think the beautiful color of my nails is the only thing I really like about them. They are not smooth or shaped well. My natural nails were not thinned out underneath so there is a large step that is visually noticeable. I also paid $120 for just a fill and their most basic pedicure. Very expensive. Overall it was a bad experience and I definitely won’t be back.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I LOVE every full set and fill I’ve received from Tony over the years! Lately I’ve been getting the same set/color, so before I sit down in the chair her has my colors ready. The new renovations look so elegant! I just wish I lived closer so I could go more.

Came here today in a last minute rush to get my nails done for vacation and let me tell you I was so impressed with the level of service from Lauren and Linda!! I am so happy I found them and Lauren was nothing but professional and educational she is top tier service with her knowledge and skills! I was so happy to know that Lauren really cares and loves what she does she listens to you and really worked her magic! I can’t wait to come back here again time and time again!
Linda gave me the best pedicure and was also so skilled and professional she really worked on my ingrown and it was seamless she took her time and was quick and gentle!! Thank you so much for all the hard work you do to service the community here in Tucson I can’t wait to come back and will definitely recommend 🌸🌸🌸🤍🌺🌺😍😍😍

Told the nail tech I specifically didn’t want a pedi and or massage JUST GEL and she still proceeded to do it without my knowledge because I don’t get none of that just gel on my toes they still made me pay for it and there missing gel paint where the paint is supposed to be on my toes. Then something was said about prices and then something else after which was even more aggravating I got short nails with pink tips I was sitting in the chair getting this simple set done for over three hours I was there people getting XL designs and all that sat after me got out before me and that’s one tech got aggravated because she couldn’t do almond shaped and left and got another tech and did an amazing job with shape but again missing paint in so many spots just like my toes but it’s okay lesson learned never again. Also owner is very rude to other customers and not kid friendly caught owner give my child an ugly look for asking the other nail tech a question

I was consistently coming to this salon about 3 years ago. I gave getting my nails done a break for a while. I recently just started going back & still no complaints. I was seated instantly & the girl who did my toes did exactly what I asked of her. I took my 4year old Son with me & they were very nice. They sat him in the pedi chair right next to me. I believe Lauren did my nails && she also did exactly what I asked for. I am due for a Fill & my nails have not lifted or gave me any problems. I will be returning ♡
