Doesn’t take anyone after 5:45. 7pm? Nope more like 6. Not to mention how I put a tip as courtesy, APPARENTLY it wasn’t to their liking. So they edited it and took almost $7 extra to accommodate to their liking. Charges people for their mess up. Another customer did not see that their French manicure did not match as they free handed the lines and charged her $5 dollars when it was NOT the customers fault it was the technician. Her paint was not chipped, one was simply thicker than the other. Also time before this, I brought an inspo pic and was far from what I asked I IMMEDIATELY ripped them off. Last time I went the owner, that is the only reason I went back.

They shouldn’t get any stars. Horrible customer service and horrible nails. I’ve been going here for quite a while. They ok when you doing something simple but other than that their skill suck. I ask one person to do my nails (since she is decent) she send me with the owner Leni and as the pictures show she did a horrible job. I was so tired after being there over 4 hours That I didn’t have the time or energy to change them. I came back today (5 days later) to at least get a color change now they don’t wanna take care of me. Claiming they won’t have time. I’ll try to make an appointment for the next day. They don’t want to take an appointment for me. They want me to walk in and wait however, long I need to wait. I give my nails a break, but once I go back to doing then again, I go back to them (because of the convenience to me) an spent $150 every two weeks.

DONT COME HERE !!!!! I’m a victim!!!!! I went to get my nails done here and left so upset.i haven’t pampered myself in awhile and treated myself to a spa day. My first set came out SOO bad I had the lady change it to the style below , she said she could do it . These came out so bad I tried to negotiate a discount and explain the situation but the money hungry cashier didn’t want to listen and STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE would yall pay $75 for this??? NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Only nail shop I and my daughter go to. Love them and their service. They are always professional and pleasant. The designs are always beautiful and work is always on point. Our fav nail techs are Sara, Hannah and of the owner Lennie. ❤️

Worst experience with a pedicure ive ever had. I asked for extensions in my big toe. First they slapped acrylic on my toe with no tip which the. stuck to my skin. When i told them about it they redid it but the lady that was doing it became annoyed and was ignoring me while i was telling her the toenail needed to be filed. After the second attempt the toenails were not filed properly around the edges. I will be going to another salon to get it fixed!! I will never go back to this place….
