I got new set of Acrylic with gel polish. When I left the shop my nails “looked” great. The next day some of the polish began to be warp like, wrinkle like & other nails were chipping. I called, was told to come back in to fix them. Since I work 12hr shifts I could not make it back until Tuesday (4 days after start of problems). When I went back, I got NO apology, they accused me of not letting it dry when I received nails services. The repair was sloppy, I walked out the shop and had to go back because It was so poorly done, not smooth and the nail was not completely painted. The worker was rude, they were talking fast in their language, at this time he started telling me that he remembered me and I didnt keep my thumb under the light correctly when he was doing my nails (the initial services). No apology. No concern. They acted like I was a bother.

(1) they are the experts; they should know if my nails are dry or not before they tell me it’s done

(2) the problem was objective, visual to all of us.

(3) no financial compensation for having to return. I made time in my schedule to go get my nails done. Unfortunately I did not plan time for repair of mess ups.

(4) I walked around all weekend with poor quality pitiful nails.

(5) nail polish issues happened twice. Both times it was the very next day after

When companies give poor quality services and/or products my time, causing me repeated returns, to get it fixed. They should be kind, apologetic and financially compensate me as a customer; offer something as a means to show concern.

Prior to this, I had positive encounters. I don’t know if this poor quality is specific to certain employees doing the service, the equipment, the polish type, etc. I don’t know, but I’m disappointed.

Got manipulated and charged 83$ for my nails because the lady added on a lot of charges without telling me previously. i’m a grad student so i can’t spend that much and she knew that because i made that clear and still, told me my nails looked “bad” and i had to completely redo everything but it won’t be too expensive. she hurt my fingers several times and cut my nail with the electric tools. my fingers are also cut from her aggressive buffing. even another employee asked her what she was doing. do not go here unless you want to pay over $130 for a mani and pedi. i will not be back. horrible experience

I went for a full acrylic set. I asked for coffin shaped nails. When the woman asked me if I liked the shape, I told her it looked like one side was filed down too much and the other was straight. She said it was my finger that made it look like that.

She asked me if I understood what she was telling me. I told yes I understand.

And she proceeded to ask if that was my first time getting coffin. I told her no actually I go to that salon and always get coffin , normally book with T. She said next time I need to call the salon and book with T instead.

She clearly overfilled the left side of the nail and it lost the coffin style shape.

She kept asking if they were ok. I told her yes to simply get out of there..

Very unhappy with the $53 I paid for these nails.. I could have gone to Walmart and paid $10 for a decent looking press on & that would have been better..

I just went here today to get my nails done it’s only been 4 hr later I noticed 2 nails are cracked broken from the side.(as seen in first 2 pic) the fill is also see through and I don’t like that, because originally I asked for full set and lady said fill was good. This is how ugly it looks. Edges are horrible not to mention the paint job on red is smeared.not happy at all after spending so much money this is the type of work you get here DONT COME HERE!!!!

I love coming here to get my pedicures, I usually call ahead and book an appointment, but always am able to get in quickly that day most always. The place is beautiful inside and always has nice music. I get the Luxury pedi and always enjoy the hot rocks and leg massage. The price is great and I always leave feeling great with pretty toes. Julie is my favorite, but have used others and they all do a great job. People here are nice. Thank you Legacy!
