Sitting in the parking lot leaving this place! Promise I will not give them my business anymore. I’ve gone here for years I quit going for awhile bc they started getting rude. There’s about 3 of them I loved doing my nails and toes so i started coming back the last year. But today was my last straw. The oldest lady in there kept telling me NO that she couldn’t do the service I was asking for even though it’s printed on their “menu” of services they do. (Acrylic on big toes) After she started talking in her language all the employees started looking over at us. twice they even had to intervene. Very unprofessional.

I went in 3 weeks ago, got a full set and my daughter got her nail painted ($85) they had trash all in them, and I ended up breaking one 4 days later, went in for a fill-in ($65) they were not perfect, but I didn’t complain, because I know places get busy. Things happen. So I went back today to get a fill in. My nails are absolutely terrible. They are super thick on some nails, they don’t blend in where they filled them in, you can see tool marks where they filed them down to make them shorter. I’m so disappointed. The fill in today was $45, so I’m not sure why the prices change so drastically, but I have tipped every time, and I don’t get to get my nails done that much, and this was a disappointment all the way around.

The service is nice and fast. However I asked if they could do specific designs for me and my daughter before we sat down to be serviced. They said the could but after they got the acrylics on, they either didn’t want to or just couldn’t. I asked for the galaxy nails and my daughter the Billie Elisha nails but the photos represent what we got. While they are beautiful, it’s not what we asked for and they should have been honest and said that they couldn’t deliver.

Both of my daughters went in there to get their nails done for a wedding today. My oldest had gotten an older lady with an accent; this lady legit bully my daughter saying she’s ugly, her dress did not look good on her and made an inappropriate comment about her chest area and told my other daughter that the person that did her nails didn’t do a good job which she was trash talking about her co worker. I have been going here for years but will no longer have my business!

This place is a whole joke told me 10 min wait ended up being an hour. And then $30 for service. Ended up being $60 and my nails look horrible. Only did one coat of polish and three designs that are smeared and she also rushed me. I will never go back to this place ever again! I would recommend no one go as well. I have never paid $60 for acrylic and it’s thin as a sheet of paper! I would rate a zero, but I can’t! Clearly not what I asked for, look at my cuticles! Horrible service horrible people!
