The worst experience EVER! I got a manicure and pedicure, they put me with someone who didn’t even know how to do both. During my pedicure I kept on tell her the file was cutting my skin, my toes were bleeding after and I had to go to the restroom to put water on them. Then she was doing my manicure and filed down my right hand and left my left hand all messed up! After I told her that she cut all my nails down on my right hand I wanted a full set that’s when the lady told me ma’am it’ll be a wait because she don’t know how to do it. Then a few minutes later she tapped me on my shoulder and said she would do them for me and I told her NO! You’ve already messed up my nails and now I’m having to get false nails, I’ll wait. Not trying to be rude or mean but my real nails were long and pretty and I’m so mad I can cry! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! Had a salon full of staff and only one person knew how to do nails! The second is my right hand and the third is my left hand. So if you do go here ask first who’s doing your nails or don’t go to the left hand size!!!

I went in for a full set. I felt rushed, the nails were crooked, none of them were the same shape…. I hated the color, you could tell that she didn’t make the nails flat. They were so ugly, she kept hurting my nails with the drill and it was hot and she had cut my skin multiple times. I cried as soon as I was in my car. I had to pay someone else to take the nails fully off and redo them. It was a waste of 75 dollars. She kept saying over and over how pretty they were and I couldn’t stand it. The red didn’t come off my skin for a week. I just had these done the end of November and I’ll never go back.

I brought my daughter and my niece to get their nails done on Friday. My niece is turning 16 and she wanted to go to the salon I go to since she absolutely loves the way my nails look. They came out gorgeous as always. Two days later my niece has three nails break. She starts to freak out like any 16 yr girl would. I told her no worries, we will get them fix. We came first thing Monday morning when they open. There was already others in the salon. We were told there would be a wait. We had no problem waiting. An hour passes and the nail tech is looking at her nails. My niece was worried it would break again (the original nails placed on Friday) so I asked the nail tech if we should just fix it or if we should have the whole set done again. I had no problem repaying for her nails. another nail tech asked how much we paid. I told her the amount and she asked how much I tipped. She said they will just refund me. I was confused at this point. I asked why she couldn’t get her nails fixed or done. She explained the nail tech is too nervous to do her nails since I said I rather not bring my niece back if the original nails will keep breaking. I was told to calm down but at this point I’m really confused why she won’t do it. The two ladies that were speaking (I can’t understand their language) have done my nails multiple times and they last almost a month with none falling off. Im just disappointed more than angry. This was my favorite nail salon and I spoke so highly of them.

Customer service was horrible they don’t have prices up so you know what to expect. They didn’t ask which service I wanted also the nail tech did a horrible job and she didn’t understand what I was asking for. My daughter got her nails painted for the first time they did gel polish on my 3 yr old not sure why also I was not offered anything to drink but watched as they made sure certain people was giving 100% customer service. I will never come to this salon again. Ruby nails give better customer service than this place 👎

I went in for a gel pedicure and I was very impressed! The inside is extremely clean, sanitized, and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. My nail tech was Bella. She did an amazing job! She was friendly and took her time. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other salons. My gel pedi was $45. I will definitely be returning.
