When I went there to my nails done yesterday the person doing nails started off with a decent attitude. But as time progresses she began to roll her eyes at me on numerous occasions. Including one time after I reminded her that I wanted clear nail polish after she was the one who asked first. She also had a grip that was way too strong. This was pervasive throughout the entire duration of the appointment. An example of this was when she yanked my thumb so hard it nearly got dislocated. I then ask politely if she could me more gentle and she got frustrated with me just for a reasonable request like that. She also both filed my toe and finger nails down so fine that there are extremely sore and painful. Also on a side note, the person on the next to me was given the incorrect nail color. I will not be returning in the future.

I’m up for the summer from Florida & was referred by a Postal worker in Ptown to come here. Nervous due to having the same nail tech in Florida for 2 yrs. Mei did my nails wonderful (gel fill). I have received so many compliments since I got them done.. my pedicure was good too. The only thing is the distance, I’ll just have to work that out.

In while on vacation to get a nail fixed as well as a fill, and was told that they didn’t have time for me… Three techs all sitting doing nothing. Walked by 20-30 minutes later now there are five techs doing nothing. I was OK with them possibly having appointments coming in But clearly they just did not want to wait on me

I got a gel fill today! My nails are perfect and beautiful! Love the atmosphere and customer service. Mia, her husband and staff are super professional and polite. I’ve lived on the Cape for 30 plus years and this is by far the best nail salon. Super clean and a huge variety of colors, styles and designs. I’ll definitely be back!
