They are nice and that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. I’ve been here twice. First time for a pedicure (that lasted maybe 7 min) he cut my toenails SO short. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to get my nails dipped. Ommggg they were so lumpy and different sizes and shapes. Never again!

I’ve been going to Kathy for 7 years. I go every 2-3 weeks. They keep my nails and my feet in great shape. I often get compliments on how pretty they are. After all this time it’s like going to family. My daughter goes here as well.

I have been to this salon before for a pedicure and I was very happy but this last experience was EXTREMELY disappointing and I would not recommend having a pedicure again. I paid for basically a polish change and toe nail cut. The staff member skipped all the other pieces (callus removal, etc) of the pedicure and then went back to their break room. VERY disappointed in this service. I report this to the salon owner and the staff member actually tried to lie about their work. The salon owner just discounted my service fee rather than charge me for just a color change.

I waited over an hour. Asked for cat eyes. One hand is cat eyes n other side does look anything like cat eyes. Very unimpressed n will not return.
