Whatever you do, make sure you DO NOT go to HELEN. I’ve been here several times, and each time I have to end up using her, I regret it. The first time I went to her she was so rough on my hands and feet that they started bleeding. She has an attitude when you ask reasonable questions. For example, she asked me how thick or thin I want the white line to be for my French manicure. When I asked her if she could please show me what she meant by thin, she let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes, and then said something to her coworker in her native language about me. It’s utterly disrespectful behavior and frankly inexcusable. It’s no surprise to me that she was the only one available when I went in. If I wasn’t on a time crunch, I would’ve waited for someone else. This kind of poor behavior is exactly the reason why others have stopped coming to this nail salon.

No sense of professionalism with the customer, did a poor job at manicure, I could barely feel her hands, didn’t massage well or have any conversation while doing the job. Did a poor job at painting the nails, didn’t cover all spots and it was just a poor experience in general. They were speaking and laughing in their own language which was quite uncomfortable as well. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone overall.

I went to this spot when my usual didn’t have availability. I did read the reviews and still took a chance before going in. Unfortunate that some folks had bad experiences but mine was in and out and I don’t have complaints. I am a week after being there and still have my full set on. No complaints here. They were busy when I went but they had enough staff – so I was accommodated as soon as I arrived.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I used to go here all the time, and it was one of my favorite places to go to do my nails. But a couple days ago, I went there with my daughter to get a manicure. I went there to clean our nails from the dead skin, and broken nails. I also decided to get clear nail polish, as me and my daughter are not a fan of color. When I got there and told the lady what I wanted she looked at me shocked, saying that it was surprising that I didn’t want color or buff. I explained that we didn’t want those things, and we sat down. When the lady was doing my nails she was acting like she was in a hurry, cutting and shaping my nails in less than 3 minutes, and not taking at least 10 minutes off effort in our nails. While she was cutting the dead skin, she barely cut anything. And not to mention, she didn’t even push back my cuticles! And when I got home, me and my daughters nails looked like a child had done them. They were uneven and still had a lot of dry, dead skin. Overall this is the worst $45 dollars I have spent, and I could’ve done better at home. Do not recommend!

If possible I would give zero rating.Worst nail salon I have seen. Pedicure was not done properly and no massage. The woman who serviced my pedicure was very rude. She did not massage my feet.The constant tapping of my foot for lack of patience as a way to instruct me to move it was irritating. Big mistake coming here.
