My husband treated me to a Mother’s Day 90 minute massage with Jennifer Ramos ant the salon at the NOAC and she was amazing. I have had many massages over the years and her deep tissue massage relaxed me, helped my shoulder stiffness and improved my swimming. The music she chose was calming and the room was dark and peaceful. Jennifer kept the room cool and the bed was warmed. Even after 90 minutes, I hated for it to be over. I recommend Jennifer Ramos if anyone is looking for a relaxing calming experience, while benefitting from a professional who provides a correct deep tissue technique.

Trudy is the best for nails, waxwings, and facials. Genuinely a great person and excellent at her work. This is a hidden gem tucked away in one of the oldest health clubs in the US. A sweet place run by a sweet human.
