Jacked me up, real bad. I should’ve known when he led me back to one of the last chairs that I was going to get garbage service. I’m so disappointed because I’ve been here so many times getting eyebrows, waxed and pedicures, but this is the first time I trusted them with my nail fill and I feel like they serve you based on how they feel about your appearance. I’m just gonna say it I feel like based on what they saw, maybe they didn’t think I was a good tipper or they didn’t think I would care, but my nails are FUGLY! Anybody can do a fill I already had a set I just needed a fill, but this technician left lumps in my nails and didn’t even get to the cuticle. So many of the nails are lumpy, and I got matte polish only for it to be shiny in some areas because the tech didn’t polish the whole nail with the matte topcoat. I literally should’ve just stayed with my grown out nails and not even got the feel because I was in worse condition when I left. It was so disappointing and it was so bad but the manager actually gave me a discount. Have you ever in your life received a discount at a nail salon? No, because the manager could see how bad they were that he felt embarrassed. Maybe they’re safe for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax, but do not trust them with nails when you’re in a bind. My issue is that it’s hard for me to find a babysitter at certain times when they’re not busy, so I had an opportunity to leave work early before I pick my kids up from daycare and this was a waste of my free time. I will not be back. Don’t do it even if you’re in a bind and just need something simple. Look at the photos, and that’s just my left hand.

I left my original nail salon for this one and they did great for almost a year but today I had the worst service and I would not be returning. I was going to cancel my manicure because my tech had an appointment and the manager offered I said it was ok he insisted so I got a dip instead, he stated that he does a great job. I knew this was not going to go good because he seemed rushed, I had to point out my defects 4 times unfortunately I’m very disappointed.

By far one of my favorite sets! Everyone is always nice and I have no complaints.When my nail broke, they fixed it with no problem for free. When I ask for a design they always DELIVER! Kim did my nails and she did a great job on my eyebrows too.I forgot my pedicure lady name. But she’s nice too.

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s always been a nice experience. Kim did my nails the first few times and they came out pretty well. This time Vincent/Vihn did mine with the help of another lady (I forgot her name 🤦🏾‍♀️) and they UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! The picture with the single nail is what I asked for as a design. The picture with my full hand is what I got. Vincent was very accommodating and asked me throughout my appointment how I liked the work. It’s clear he’s a professional and has been doing this for quite a while. I also like how if someone isn’t sure they could do some part of the design they will bring in another person to help. It’s pretty cool that they operate so well as a team. I’d definitely recommend this place. (I picked out the specific colors and wasn’t looking for an EXACT match, but the over all look)

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon and I was very impressed. I originally went for a pedicure but while I was there decided to get a full set. I assumed it would be a wait but the ladies worked together and did them both at the same time. I believe they said their names were Helen and Lucy. They were both super sweet and I felt so relaxed when they were done. I definitely recommend taking a self care day with these girls 💕
