Kristi is always kind and does her best to work with my schedule and get me in as soon as possible. I have been seeing her for years and have gotten to know her pretty well. I know she and her husband work their booties off! She always fixes my nails if I accidentally break them and delivers beautiful quality.

I’m not impressed. I went for a gel pedicure and a manicure. The man who provided these services acted very unprofessionally. The tone of voice he used with me was like I was annoying him the entire time.
Then when he did my manicure he was actually laughing at how short my fingernails were! I explained to this man that I am a nurse. He proceeded to laugh, giggle and shake his head throughout my manicure.
I will not be going back there.

Kristi does not respect anyone’s time but her own. I and 3 other clients arrived within moments of each other and we all waited 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment to be seen. Kristi was rude and rushed. My manicure and experience were awful as a result. Take your business elsewhere – getting your nails done should be a treat.

Le Nails is my favorite nail salon in Durango. It’s family owned and operate by locals. They are really good at what they do and always make my nails feel fabulous.

Le Nails is a no-frills nail salon. I was visiting from out of town, and they were very gracious to get me a same-day appointment. The gentleman did my nails and did a great job. He found nail fungus that I did not know about and gave me suggestions of what to do when I go home. He was gentle with the tools, so I had no bleeding (I usually do back home)! I will return will I’m in the area again next year.
