Original post: Overcharged me and my sister for both our pedicures and manicures for no reason and tried to play it normal. WATCH THE PRICES. Service ain’t that great. $15+ up charge on EVERY SERVICE, plus asking you to get other services! I recommend M Nail.
Sept 11th: I have been a loyal customer to this place for years & it kills me to have to write this review. So today I went to get my nails and feet done for my birthday on Monday. The lady who did my pedicure was amazing but the new guy who did my nails wasn’t so much. Don’t get me wrong he was very nice and sweet and I enjoy talking with him but my nails were not up to par for me. His nail drill was so high that my nails were hot the whole time and I told him several times that it hurt. My Cuticles are now damaged and there is cut on one finger. My nails are different shapes and lengths. My are nails super bumpy and just all out sloppy. I couldn’t really tell much while I was there…I honestly didn’t notice it till I got out in the sunlight and saw everything. I call the store to let them know and they told me to come back. When I did go back the older lady on the left side said nothing was wrong and that I had to wait for them to get fix which I felt was very unfair to me seeing is that I just spent 85 dollars of my money in there. Nobody seems to care!!! I waited for 2O mins for somebody to come and talk to me but no one never did. I had to leave…so I let her and she wanted me to come back other day which I told her no cause I didn’t have time like today and that I would never let the do my nails again, I would just come for pedicures but i don’t know even if I want to do that now. This place use to be my go to nail place and don’t get my nails done to offer now. It really pain me so much cause I have never had this issue before & the way it was handle! I felt very discriminated Against. So y’all be careful!
