I would give 0 stars if possible. Walked in for 3 pedicures (myself and my 2 daughters). 2 nails techs working and man was finishing a set of nails. Lady told me she’d take 1 of us and when she was done the two of them would take our other 2 at the same time. He finishes the set of nails and moves this lady over for a pedicure and begins her pedicure. No problem because she was there before me. Lady finishes with my daughter and goes over to sink to start wetting down towels to put in warmer. A mother and daughter come in and daughter asks for pricing on set of nails and pedicure. Man has to process this out and when she tells him she wants to proceed he takes her right to his table and tells us he only does nails and we’ll have to wait longer for the lady who he then moves over to the lady he was JUST working on for a pedicure. NEVER AGAIN!

The man did such an amazing job as always! He is very gentle and precise I go to him every time also the ladies are so friendly and sweet, it’s very peaceful there and great place if you have social anxiety, no more than ten customers allowed. Plenty of colors to choose from, super clean, and worth every penny!! 11 out of 10 do recommend stopping by for a visit if you want perfect nails and perfect service 😍

My first complaint is this is a cash only establishment and who does that?!?! Then the guy asks if he can help me and I couldn’t hear him after several attempts trying to and he popped his lips because he was upset that he had to get up from the back of the building. I came in for a pedicure and gel color removal off my hands and after several attempts of explaining that I didn’t want a new polish I thanked him and left. I was gonna visit an atm for cash but this place doesn’t deserve my money. His customer service is absolutely horrible and I will never come here again!!!!!

Me and daughter wanted to get Gel nails and pedicure each. The Pedicurist told us that the only slot was at 5pm that day. We began getting nails done, another customer came in which was Caucasian and asked for the same thing and was told to come back @ 1:15 on the same day. We asked why was we given a different time and neither had an appointment? We were given a bogus response like “oh, I didn’t look at the book yet”. She Was So Prejudice. I will say that the nail tech was awesome. Thanks Nail Tech
