I had a wonderful time and the staff was really nice and patient. I was moved three times from stations but I didn’t mind. The nails came out beautifully and she was really nice in correcting any mistakes made, which was one only one crooked nail. I would come back definitely. I also paid 90$ for my nails.

Jennifer did my nails. I never get them done so I didn’t really know what I wanted. She was very patient and helped me figure out everything and I think they turned out very cute! Will definitely go to her again.

I seriously think the manager thinks that spending our $$ here is a privilege to them. Clearly not a fan of AA males. Fathers day they sat me off to myself and just left me. Finally came to run water and some one will be here in 5. We’ll no apologies after another 20 mins. I just left and oh well. Never again After a few visits it’s confirmed.
Just my experiences.. Service doesn’t matter anymore.

Today, I had the worst pedicure I have ever received in my life. Well, the second worse…the first, was the first time I came here three months ago. I gave the spa grace and tried again. Will not do that again. I had the “happy spa” and she rushed through the whole thing in 20 minutes. She did not do all of the services that were included and had an attitude the whole time. I feel so overcharged and aggravated and will never go back. My polish has already chipped and she did not clean or cut my cuticles nor did I get a mask treatment. If you keep doing fast work and show that you don’t care, you will be closed pretty fast in these economic times. I work in a similar industry and I would focus on customer service and quality of work! I’m really angry because I’m leaving for vacation and have to look at this mess all week.

This is not Hollywood not sure who y’all think y’all are‼️‼️ They have too much rude and snobby nail techs with too much pride go else where who will treat u with respect ✊ not attitude who needs that!
