I love this place! It’s clean and very inviting. Everyone that works there friendly and they all do such an amazing job pampering me! Their work is amazing! They free handed all my designs!!! They have tons of colors and they carry jell polish, dip, and I’m sure other things! If your looking for the best place in town check them out they are top of the line!

I have been a customer of LD nails for 5 plus years. In fact my family went there as well. Diane (the owner) and the rest of her employees knew my family and I. I had a pedi done on Thursday. The nail polish never dried fully due to the employees putting too much acetone in the close to empty nail polish bottles and ruined the polish. I went back in after the weekend, because I was out of town. Asked them to switch it out with another color. They told me to pick a color. After I sit down and the employee looks at it. All employees proceeded to laugh at me and make fun of me in Chinese. I recorded them and translated it. They told me they were going to charge me. I said absolutely not. As they continue to talk about me in Chinese, not knowing I was recording. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

They did a wonderful job bringing an idea to life. Definitely relaxing and rejuvenating for a fair price.

I’ve been going here for years. I went to Tony for over a year. He always did an amazing job on my nails. But he got another job. I continued to go here for a while after that. My manicures were inconsistent at best, but not terrible.
I brought my friend here, and she realized she got overcharged. She got charged $84 instead of $48. It’s an easy mistake since they manually enter in the prices. I told her next time we go in we’ll show the owner the transaction and since I’ve been a loyal customer there, I think they’d help her out. I’ve never complained about anything.
We talked to the owner and she got defensive immediately. She said 3 times to my friend that she needed to come within a few days of the transaction. The problem is, the transaction didn’t post until a few days after the appt.
We offered to show her the transaction, but she refused to look at it and/or give a refund or a free maincure for the mix up. She also wouldn’t look my friend in the eye. She had no interest in making this right.
I won’t be returning here, which makes me sad since I’ve been going here for a long time.

I was having a mommy daughter nail date with my six year old when I came here. Walked in and the woman that greeted us was aggressive with her tone. I couldn’t understand what she was asking me (if I wanted gel or regular nail polish for my pedicure) and it irritated her. My daughter and I got seated and my daughter wanted a design on her nails. The woman doing my daughters nails asked my daughter what kind of design she wanted. My daughter said, “I wanted either a heart or a star.” The woman responded, harshly, “So what you want, the heart or the star!?” My daughter responded real quick that she’ll take the star. The attitude caught me and my daughter both by surprise. Luckily, the woman that did my pedicure was nice. After we were done, we were seated to dry. As we sat for a little bit, the woman that greeted us came up and flipped the lights to the drying station my daughter was off and snatched of her sandals. She then flipped off my machine and snatched my sandals. I knew there was no way our nails were near dry enough to slip back into our sneakers. We did though. I paid and we walked out. As soon as we got outside, my daughter asked me, “Was that lady in the blue angry?” (She was referring to the woman who greeted us and made us leave) I told her not to take it personal. Once we got to our vehicle, I told my daughter to take her shoes back off because there was no way our polish was dry yet. Sure enough, my daughters polish was smudged up. We were charged $86 for the two pedicures and for my daughter to get her nails painted along with with a $10 tip for the woman who did my daughters nails and $10 to the woman who did my nails. This was my daughters first mani pedi experience, and all she has talked about tonight is how mean this place was. A waste of $106
