WORSE NAIL EVER!! Went in for my 21st birthday nails my nails are completely different from the picture that was shown the lines are drawn on soooo sloppy I was cut several times and why do my nails look 2 weeks old when they were just done 2 days ago?!? HIGHLY UPSET!! And I am so embarrassed to even have these on. They made me pay $80 for this service no lotion or nothing absolutely terrible!!!

Lavish nails did a fantastic job on my nails but when I called and asked how much it would be for what I wanted they said the highest it would be was 65 which I said that’s fine so I went in and got my nails done and when I got ready to pay she rounded it up to $86 And I was like wait what!? You quoted me 65 would be the highest so you lied and got more money out of me. I was upset but not to upset because I did love with how they did my nails but I just wish they would’ve told me the right price!

Ive been getting my nails done for the last 10 years and have NEVER had a set go this bad. I did not get proper nail prep and so now after not even 2 weeks this is what I’m left with. Nails COMPLETELY destroyed. It’s gonna be months before I can heal from this to get nails again. I spent $86 for this? Seriously.

$25 ($30 with tip bc I care about service industry professionals) for a manicure that lasted approximately 5 minutes with no polish. The nails are not even in length, the shapes of each one are a bit different and they feel worse then when I went in to get cleaned up. No hot towel, no soak and minimal massage. Really beautiful establishment but this is probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had.
Update 1 month later: nails are ruined from the man using a drill to remove the clear polish that I had on and there have been no attempts from management to rectify the terrible experience I had at this establishment.

I am visiting from Mississippi and stopped in to have my nails done for a wedding. I really wish there were 10 star reviews to give ! Because I’d give 11!!! Took us right in and super friendly!!! Love the work they done ! Bring a salon to MS!!! lol! We need more salons like this one!!!
