I have come to Lavish Nails a couple of times now per my friend’s suggestion and I absolutely love them! They are now my go-to nail place! They always do a great job and are so nice and accommodating! I especially love getting a pedicure here, as they give AMAZING foot and leg massages and offer gel polish, which lasts a long time!
I also love the environment, which is super welcoming! The staff, especially the owner, are super friendly and nice! The owner has a great sense of humor and is very fun to talk to. Plus, they actually seem to care about their clients, which I think is super important and incredibly needed in this day and age.
If you’re looking for a new place to go get your nails done, I definitely recommend giving Lavish Nails a try!

I’m still new to getting nails done, especially acrylics and so I showed Cathy a reference photo and she explained everything to me about shape, what best suites my hands, etc. I found out that tapered square is my new favorite shape on my hands and she helped me pick out charms. I will be making a trip back but definitely getting a less expensive set since these were $116 ( they were going to charge $120 originally) I had to buff under neath when i got home because there was still stuff and they were wicked sharp underneath she forgot to buff but they kinda started arguing with each other about the pricing so i paid and left

I have been looking for a new nail tech for a while and decided on this salon based on the reviews/ ig posts. I made an appt for Tues at 5:30pm. Their booking site states it’s cash only so I had to stop at an atm to get cash (I was later told they accept cards). I arrived at 5:35pm and the nail tech Cathy was still with a client. She started my full set at 6pm (which I was okay with waiting) but I feel like she rushed through my set and design because it was close to closing time. She asked what shape and I trusted her recommendation of almond due to my wide nail beds but my nails have no apex (they just look flat) and I feel she filed the sides of my real nails too much. Some of my nails are pointing upwards, tech stated my nails “grow up” but I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years, this is the 1st time they’ve ever looked like this. (Pics attached) She also didn’t allow my nails to fully cure before continuing with the design so some areas were smudged. The tech herself was really sweet and likable. When I got home I realized she didn’t even file underneath my nails. I had all this dried up acrylic making my nails look super thick and the bottom part of the nail was getting caught in my hair. (Pics attached) I had to file the bottom of my nails as best as I could to stop that from happening. I paid $70 for this set and $10 tip and it’s now Sunday (5 days later) and the flowers she added to the design have mostly fallen off on 3 out of 4 nails & it looks like I already need a fill soon. (Pics attached) It’s unfortunate because I really wanted to like this spot and it’s close to my home but I feel like I waisted $80 for sub par work, maybe my expectations were too high but this isn’t what I expected based on their social media page.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but i felt my expectations and experience were very low. My friend and I booked appointments with Son and Nancy at 3pm, we arrived 5 minutes early and saw it was extremely busy most likely because mother’s day was the day after. Anyways they seat us in empty chairs and my friend was told to sit in Cathy’s chair and she ended up doing her set instead of Son. Her set was $95 plus tip and underneath her nails there was still clumps of acrylic and it looked bad.. she also told me Cathy was crying before she started doing her nails and asked if she was okay, she said yes and continued on. The nail tech seemed very nice but my friend wasn’t pleased and it was also her birthday so i felt embarrassed that i brought this place up showing her their instagram and then getting different results. As for me, i waited until 3:30 to get my nails done by Nancy and she went straight to doing my nails, no greeting or nothing and it made me feel awkward. I got long stiletto nails and i told her i didn’t want the ends to be too sharp and she responded “I know, don’t tell me i know”. At the end when she was putting polish on she didn’t bother brushing off the dust so now there’s bumps in my polish and she also cut me twice on my cuticles (i’ll show pictures). My total was $106 plus tip.
I was super uncomfortable and the only person who was outgoing was Markus, I could tell there’s a lot of regulars that go there and they get treated way better than new comers. I stopped getting my nails done at salons
when covid happened and wanted to get back to into it but i’ll just stick to my press ons.
