I’ve gotten my nails done here five times now, but the last time gave me a very bad taste in my mouth. I called early and set an appointment for 2:30 p.m. I did arrive on time for my appointment, yet I sat and waited and watched everybody get their services even people who had walked in after me and I didn’t get to sit down and even start soaking my nails until 3:25 p.m. I did not walk out of the shop with my nails done until 6:03 p.m. that seems like a drastically long time to do nails, especially with having an appointment time set in advance. And not only that when I went to pay I was thinking I was going to get a discount for the time I had to sit there and I didn’t I paid $85 for nails that took almost 3 1/2 hours to do. I love the atmosphere of place but at this point I don’t even know if I’m going back which is sad because I already have five punches out of my card for them. And I really don’t want to talk about the nails because the photo of what I wanted makes them look bad in comparison, but at the point of being in the shop for over 3 and 1/2 hours I just wanted to leave…

Love, love, love this place! They always do a fantastic job and they’re all very laid back and friendly. It’s always a pleasure to be there. Stop in and see them! I love them all but Hannah and Leon are my personal favorites 😊

The butterfly nails were done by Leon (the picture does not do them justice unfortunately!) I was in love with that set and had so many compliments. Leon worked so hard on my nails and drew each wing by hand.
My newest mani was done by Tim, and he did an incredible job! I told him I wanted a French mani with black tips. He asked me if he could spice it up a bit, and I said of course! My wedding anniversary was the 21st, and I wanted something fun to celebrate with my husband this weekend. Tim did not disappoint! I love his freestyling.
There are so many great techs at Lavish that are fun and inviting. They are talented and care very much about your experience. Definitely give them a try!

I gotta recommend this place , first of all the atmosphere is so awesome they make you feel at home and somebody always saying something to make you laugh and my nails I love them ,at first they did not turn out as I expected but with no problems they took care of it 🤗 and I couldn’t be happier Thanks for the excellent service

They squeezed me in super late (6:00!) and made me feel right at home! Their techs are super personable and professional. I enjoyed my time and will be coming in for a fill. Great service and great people!
