I want to start by saying my experience at the nail salon wasn’t bad at all. I actually enjoyed myself. I asked for a full set and a gel pedicure. I paid about $200 for both services including a tip. I am giving one star because my gel polish was completely off the nails in only 2 days and chipped off others. My nail broke off in a week. If I’m paying that much I do expect for them to last at least 2 weeks.

Gentleman was nice and place wasn’t busy when I first arrived. It started getting busy and ppl coming in and out and the man got so nervous he was rushing through my set! I noticed and kept pulling my hand out of the uv light to look closer and he said to stop that they would look good once finished. Well he finished and asked if I liked them and I said no! He was nice about it but instead of offering to fix them he said come back tomorrow. They were so tacky and bumpy I was so disappointed! Everyone going in to get their nails done knows how long the work takes so I don’t know why he was rushing! I will not ever be going back! He did my daughters nails as well and the work was very bad!! I attached both photos! I ripped them off and went to Heavenly Nails, I heard very good things and they did not disappoint!

Completely unprofessional and did not pay attention to what my wife wanted. She told them gel and and they started doing powder. Then proceeded to continuously argue back and forth. They stopped working on her to get up and go yell at each other. Didn’t finish her nails, got powder all over her hands and clothing. Do not recommend them to anyone. Also since they want to delete her review I’ll repost her photos as well.

He hurt me because he was in a rush and not only that but I had to ask him to thicken my nails several times and he argued when I could literally still see the plastic tip the acrylic was so thin on one end. I don’t even understand how he couldn’t just look at it until there was a problem, but I Will not return

First time customer. The staff was very friendly, offered me beverages, made sure I felt welcomed. She actually performed my massage during my pedicure with true intention to ease my aching feet and legs. The gel polish came out flawless. Great prices. Extremely pleased.
