Customer Reviews:
The shop is very clean.
I appreciate the fact that she informed me of the cost prior to working on my nails.
Definitely will be back!
Not the best value for a pedicure but I liked what I got!! The technician was great and I was happy with the outcome.
My complaint begins with pricing- I get my nails done every 4-6 weeks. I always pay for the upgraded pedicure, as well as gel on my toes, and a manicure with dipping powder. I expect to spend money. This is my first time visiting this salon. I paid for the most expensive pedicure-$65, +$25 for gel. This pedicure was done in 35 minutes. It states you receive a hot stone massage. The hot stones were used to apply the leg mask only. Aside from that, there was no leg massage at all. No lotion applied to my legs. Now my toes look fine-but when you pay $90, it’s for the experience, not just good looking toes.
I then asked for a dip manicure. The technician quickly removed my current dip polish with the tool, and then proceeded to reapply the new dip. No cuticle treatment, no manicure at all. After he was done painting he told me to wash my hands and I was done.. I asked for at least lotion-he stated I could get it from the counter. I then asked why would a hand massage or lotion not come with a manicure. They then tell me they didn’t know I wanted that (I said it multiple times) and that it would be $30 more (for a manicure!!) my total came out to $160-for a gel pedicure with no leg massage, and dipping powder with no manicure and $15 to remove my old polish. I have visited multiple salons in this area and never had a bill of $160 without even receiving a manicure. (My total would have been $190 with a manicure.)
All of this to say, though it is pretty inside and clean, for the very high price, there are other salons that will spend a lot more time and do a great job for a much cheaper price.
