Brought my daughter in for her very first pedicure and Diana did amazing on us both! Such a great experience. Tracy does my nails usually and hands down has an amazing eye for detail in her work! I found my new favorite place!

Express patience and understanding with them though, there are only two of them working there at the moment and they do get busy and are great at making sure everyone gets an amazing experience!

Second time in for a full set acrylic. The workmanship is great! Tracy does a good job. I love this place and highly recommend. I will continue to come back for my nails need.

I had my nails done back at the beginning of November. I upgraded my mani/pedi to a better service. The woman who helped me seemed new to the industry. I was there over 2.5 hours for my simple services and she messed up my mani so badly that the owner stepped in. After 2.5 hours I walked out $120 lighter with bleeding cuticles. The woman used the tool on my natural nails as if I had gel on. I don’t where gel. It’s been almost two months and my nails are still damaged and trying to grow out the damage. I had pain for several weeks. I went to another salon and they said I should leave a review. It will take months for the damage to grow out. I would not go to this salon.

I went in for a pedi. It appeared obvious that the normal pedi person was not in yet. Which, I’d totally understand had we said that. I would’ve come back a little later. However, we did not. I could tell we were not used to doing them by the way she prepped everything. Hygiene wise with the tools, gross on how the lack of sanitation. She didn’t get all my prevoous nail polish off. You can still see some of the red BESIDE the purple on my toes. She tried to reshape my big toenails and has given me major pain and fighting ingrown toenails. Which I’ve never had a problem with before ever getting a pedi and previous pedi. She wasn’t all that social until the end when I was paying. I didn’t expect a huge conversation. However, making me feel like I was a nuisance has me never going there again. I can’t speak for manis. So those may be great. Definitely not pedis by her.
