Absolutely horrible pedicure. The nail technician left my feet full of abrasions and scratches all over my feet including around my nails, I had to ask several times for her to square off and make my nails even and she just ignored me, she was about to put polish in my nails when I had to stop her and another nail technician had to tell her to fix them and then she started yelling at the other technician, it was very uncomfortable, I have an issue with an ingrown nails which she was unable to address even after several requests, my cuticles were barely trimmed, I had peeling skin on my feet that I had to point out after she used the grater, when she used the paraffin it was put only on my heels which I have never experienced ever, I was left with polish on my skin – and then was charged $65. The scratches are so bad hurts just to put my shoes on. I have had several pedicures here as well as my lashes and my experiences have always been great but not today it was an absolutely miserable experience

My polish is smugged on the side thanks to the OWNER hitting it before putting it in to try and saying she didn’t. She didn’t clean up underneath my nails. My appointment was at 10 and I got out at like 130 and all I had was a full set. I was overcharged even though the website has the prices listed the OWNER said it’s based off her discretion of if they are long. She got up a million times while doing my nails even mid painting and I tried to keep my composure and stay patient. Then, she sent me out the shop to get to her next customer who bought her Starbucks and didn’t even go under my nails with the electric thing so I have all types of acrylic under my nails and on my fingers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RETURNING. When i called the OWNER to complain she kept clicking the dial pad while I was speaking just completely unprofessional and nobody deserves the service that the owner gave. Also she said I was charged over $100 when full set says like $55 because my nails are “long”

it was a good experience. walked in and they took care of me immediately and I got a really nice lady that did my pedicure. she even helped me out with the chair and gave me multiple options and ideas for how I wanted my design. thank you so much to that lady, she really made my experience a great one and I will definitely be going back soon. definitely recommend this place!

I usually have good experience at this nail salon but this last time I had a horrible experience I came in exactly on 11/18 to get my nails refilled and that day the next available nail tech was Loan. She charged me $70, which caught me off guard and she said it was because of the design but I was willing to spend it as it was my birthday a week later. 4 days later one of the nails broke and part of my other nails were chipped like they had grown. I usually don’t see them that grown out until the second or third week. I came in on 11/25 exactly a week after to get my nails fixed and she only fixed the broken one because she claimed the other nails can grow within a day and it wasnt the work she had done. I was so disappointed with her customer service, she was getting annoyed as we told her the broken nail she was fixing wasn’t looking the same. She then raised her voice and said ” it wasn’t going to look exactly the same unless they did a whole set” This is the first and last time I would get my nails done with her. The shape and color wasn’t even the same. I don’t like to put bad reviews but I just don’t want anyone to have the same experience.

**6/18/24- went in today to have my eyebrows permanently tattooed! Naomi did such an amazing job!! I can’t believe how much it boosted my confidence.
Excellent service, very pleased with my nails. Only criticism is that they need to drill underneath the nails as well
**Update: I’ve been two more times since. If you want a full service salon, this is the place to go! Very clean, excellent quality, excellent customer service. You can also get lashes, facials, permanent makeup and more. Best nail salon I’ve been to!!!
