I love this spot. Michelle always has fashion shows playing while I get services done, and she has a wonderful eye for style, which makes it fun to work with her as an artist. She works quickly, and I consistently love the results. 🩶

The staff was very friendly but i don’t feel the work was worth the money. They didn’t have heat, just space heaters near the techs. I went in for a pedicure and had one messed up toenail from an injury. I asked the tech if she could make it look more straight and she put an acrylic nail on without asking if that was something I wanted. Most of my toes looked ok except for that one because she didn’t shape it correctly and I can see the glue through the nail. I asked her to fix it and she did try but it sticks out so badly i don’t want to show my feet.

Poor customer service today. I needed help taking out my acrylic nails extension that I got done in India. Based on India technician recommendation, I tried cutting them myself, dipping in hot water for 20+ minutes and didnt know how to lift them off myself. One nail was in pain. The front desk lady asked to come again later in the day and also cautioned that it’s going to be $20, acetone and takes about 45 minutes. I was very upset that she stated money without looking at my nails and service needed. I had already done majority of the work to loosen the base and just needed help lifting the nails off which took less than 5 minutes. I got it done elsewhere for $7 and the technician recommended 1 week healing time. I wish Lavender nails inspected my nails before recommending a $20 nail removal service with acetone. I am their customer since 5 years!

My bestie visited me and I took her to my favorite nail salon. They’re always so good and hold well (we get acrylics) and all the techs who work there are so talented and so nice. I always feel great after I get them done, I’ve never been disappointed.

TIFFANY!!! Loved her so much, can’t say enough kind words. Showed her a picture and got exactly what I wanted. She was so sweet and asked me questions and was conversational as it was my first time here. Michelle was super nice too and friendly! Tiffany asked how i liked the color of my nail and the shape during the whole process to make sure i loved it. I will totally be back!!! ❤️
