Today was my first time at laurel and ash and my experience was lovely! Esma does wonderful work and is very personable. I was going for a drastic change with >6 inch cut and color – she made my vision come to life and then some! Eryne at the front desk is very helpful and kind as well. Salon is clean, modern and beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely horrible experience. My sister went here to get a pedicure over Christmas and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever seen. It took over 2 HOURS and left with more polish on her skin than on her nails and the paint that did make it on the nail was smudged. That is how her feet looked when she left. I don’t even do nails and I would never let a paying customer leave with nails like that. Turns out the girl that was assigned to my sister is a hairdresser and doesn’t even do nails. Make sure if you go here that you make sure the person assigned to you is TRAINED and qualified to do your requested service.

I’ve been coming to this salon since ownership changed, and I am so happy with the services I receive here! ALL of the girls here are super nice, very knowledgeable, and talented in their work. I have very long hair, and Esma is excellent with helping me keep it as healthy and beautiful as ever. Danelle is awesome with brows and skincare- she is my go to! I’ve had too many good experiences here to name everyone who’s been a part of it, but I highly recommend this salon! If there’s ever a problem, they are so quick at making it right immediately. These ladies take good, good care of their customers.

I have had many massages with Jaimie – and I highly recommend! Excellent value. Very relaxing. Once she even added some hot stones for no extra charge (but of course that’s not to be expected!) My favorite part is the warming table she got recently; it certainly adds to the comfort and relaxation!
