Very Nice Customer Service and good service.I just didn’t like the fact that 4 black young ladies was in the shop before me on New Year’s Eve. They were getting pedicure., and nails done. By the time he took me , you could just see they were up to something. After a few minutes later the owner asked for them to pay. Two of the them went to the restroom and the other two went outside in disappearance, then the other two ladies said we going to get their money and ran out the door . Everyone was stunned and surprised . People please be careful.

I made an appointment at Lashe’ for 2 gel manicures and 2 pedicures. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or instructed where to stand, as there were no seats available. When I let the manager know that we had an appointment, we were dismissed with a look and wave. After being ignored for another 20 minutes, I asked another employee if I should reschedule and we were finally seated. We were charged a total of $156 for 2 regular polish pedicures and 2 regular gel manicures. I’m deeply dissatisfied with the quality of the work for the price, and the way we were treated on arrival. An unfortunate experience that I hope will improve quickly.

I frequent here because they accommodate you with timing however, yesterday I had the owner do my nails and let’s begin with the fact that she wasn’t the friendliest. No hello no personality no anything. As an owner of a company, which I am, one should be welcoming and friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day!
I went on to get a full set and when asked what color I was questioned after I stated the two colors I wanted. The nail polish i had before (red) wasn’t fully removed and nails aren’t fully covered. This is a half done job.
Then to make matters worst, this is what I came home to. I felt like I couldn’t speak up because of the attitude she was giving me. I’m writing this review to make others aware of the service and attitude she provides. Note to self- I’ll never be going back there again.

This was the worst experience for my mom and I. The lady that did my moms nails was named T. She yelled at her and was rough and extremely rude the entire time. She talked over us in another language to her colleagues and was very disrespectful and aggressive with us. Her nails turned out uneven and she didn’t like the color or the shape and she asked for changes as the nail session went ok but the lady was no help. Terrible customer service and a rude environment. By the end of the appointment, my mom was crying and upset about the whole experience. The prices were also unclear and when we inquired to understand what we were paying for we got nothing but attitude and eye rolls. I would not recommend this place. Terrible experience. Worst nail salon in New Orleans.
