I have been waiting for a shop to give me exactly what I want every time I walk in! I went here one day after breaking a nail and had the best experience with Henry! He absolutely goes above and beyond to make sure my nails look great and give me whatever design I can cook up. Lola gives the best pedicures and left me feeling smooth and sleek! 10/10 highly recommend! All the staff are amazing and I can’t wait to get my lashes done get time. Very clean salon. Very welcoming atmosphere. So glad I walked in on the that day! It’s been 4 months and I haven’t set foot on another nail salon.

I had Sam he did an amazing deluxe pedicure and did an absolutely thorough and amazing job on my nails!
BEST SALON in Asheville hands down. And I’ve been to a lot in the area over the years. Been here twice was just as good as the last time

Cadillac Escalade
They have horrible customer service. They charged $5 more than what they quoted on the phone. The tech should not have been anywhere near the area shown in the picture. She scrubbed it so hard that it was bleeding. They didn’t have a proper area for my feet to dry so they brought a fan over to the chair and that’s when I noticed the blood. I asked for a bandaid and she just put some type of nail liquid on it that made it sting. She never apologized or put a bandaid on it. This was the first time my niece and I got a pedicure together or I would have let them know what’s up when I was in the shop. Hopefully I don’t get any type of infection due to the tech having an attitude and intentionally trying to hurt me. She also didn’t remove all my previous polish, massage my feet or basically do anything correctly. I will never come back here.

Was excited to try a new place for a pedicure. Pretty disappointed overall. I got home and realized the bottom of my feet were all peeling – had to pumice them myself. The cuticles were also barely touched.
I go for pedicures mostly for the massage. This was about 2 minutes of not-great massage. Total pedicure was seriously about 15 minutes.
Won’t be going back. It’s possible other employees would do a better job but I’m not risking it!

His name Henry .He took care of my nails today He welcomed me ,pulled the seat out as I sit down .He is gentle and fast paced definitely pays attention to detail. He checks 2 ce 3 times. I was finished listening to 80 s songs 11 to be exact.good 80 s 🎵 too I didn’t have to tell him anything once we communicated and understood one another .it went well. Quiet just a bit and friendly. Thx a bunch H!!
