I went to get my nails done. I sat down they started soaking my nails off. The lady gets up, grabs her purse, and says someone will be there in 5 minutes to finish my nails. She then leaves. 40 minutes later the lady returns and still I am still soaking. She came in spoke in a forgone language to an older gentlemen and that’s when my nails stated to get worked on. In that 40 minutes not one person checked on me or asked if I wanted anything to drink. If my nails weren’t soaking I would have left. I understand having to wait for walk-ins but there were literally two other costumers in there and 40 minutes to soak off when there are workers sitting doing nothing. The dip nails chipped and crack in less than week AND I had hang nails that didn’t get cut off of the sides. … don’t go here.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I decided I needed to for L’amour. If you want to go somewhere and not be disappointed when you pay, this is the place! It’s not a quick in and out place. I was there for two and a half hours getting gel polish on my toenails and a dip on my fingernails. Seems like a long time, but it was all due to the attention to details the technician provided. Two other people came in for pedis while I was getting my toenails done and they were still there when my mani was done. No because they had to wait, but because the technicians spent that much time working on them. Everything is perfection! I’ve never had a more perfect French on my nails and my toenails look better than they probably ever have. Really impressed!!

An amazing place! I have come here consistently over the last several years to an amazing quiet, and clean environment. They are so warm and welcoming. Always happy to do the best for you! They even stayed late one night for me. Definitely give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Wendy gives the BEST pedicure by far! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants to do a great job! Tonight, I arrived a little after 6pm and they close at 7pm. But, she didn’t rush me through, she did an amazing job and I left just before 8pm. I highly recommend her!

This place went above and beyond what we paid for. We only wanted pedicures and a manicure. They worked on us for over an hour and a half. We even got back massages while my nails and toes were still drying. We will definitely be going back. They were also very clean.
