I almost didn’t post my review! I recently moved to the area and what to find a spot closer to home. I came to this location because of the positive review. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I had a 8 o’clock appt which another client came and got seated and worked on immediately. While I was still waiting to get started. I was scheduled for a pedi and SNS manicure. Just say my experience with the pedicure took longer than expected and I didn’t get my manicure. My nail tech was a sweet person and tried her best to understand me. She didn’t speak English well, I feel as though if the owner and other coworkers saw the struggle they should have stopped and help her. But anyway my nail tech suggested to get GelX for my big toe since I broke one toe. Which was fine I love consistent with my length. But only thing I hate is that I my toes polish is see through. I have neon pink and I can see the white through it. Ask the owner was this correct and she blame it on my nail bed being wavy. I was so confused by that statement because I have an entire gel x nail on. This is not my first rodeo with this color and gel x nails.

Pictures 1&2 are Day 1 immediately following my $80 Russian Manicure with Gel polish and chrome finish. As you may be able to tell, that’s blood, and dried skin. Picture 3 is 5 days later. I was super disappointed when the chrome finish came off. I did receive a pedicure that day as well, and it was truly a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ pedicure. I left a healthy tip, because I am ridiculous. It was my first visit here, I didn’t realize that perhaps it was a student or apprentice that did my hands. I will return, but next time I will request not to have a learner.

I recently moved down to Birmingham and have been trying salon after salon to find my place, but I think I’ve finally found my salon! I can on a whelm just needing to get my nails done early this morning and this was one of the few places open before 9 and I have easily fallen in love with this salon. My experience was great and actually relaxing for once in a while. The ambiance was everything I needed in addition to my amazing set of nails!

First time visiting and they definitely have gained a returning customer. Their customer service is AMAZING. The shop is very clean and sanitized. Kandice did my pedicure and Quynh did my nails. Both were exceptional! Their selection of colors are versatile as well. 100/10 recommend. 💅🏾

This was my first time in this place and I have to say they gained a customer! Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is super relaxing. Qyunh did my acrylic nails and she did a great job. She is so detail oriented and takes her time to make sure it looks perfect! When filing and buffing my nails she was super gentle as well. I recommend this place to anyone!!
