it is a nice little place, a lot smaller than I had expected but in a good way. when I went for a waxing, the person I got, Amber, was very professional and competent and the end result was beautiful. I also had a manicure done there, the service was pretty basic but again the staff was friendly, and the end result was very well done. i’m looking forward to going back for one of their facials. Overall it’s a pretty nice place.

Treated my sister in law to a facial today for her birthday. What a disappointment. $90 each w tip for a 50 minute sessions. I was surprised to be soaking my feet in lukewarm water in a tin bowl to start for 14 minutes. Then the therapist left the room twice for 5 and 10 minutes. I was in the room for exactly an hour and the therapist might have been doing the actual facial for 25 minutes. They must be doubling up on appointments so they get a two person payout for one hour. Can’t think of anything else. They’ve been around a long time and should be excellent at this. Won’t go again or buy a gift for anyone.

Honestly disappointed in the “spa” experience…. Tiny room, very little room to move for nail tech and myself. Washer and dryer right beyond the walls of this tiny room.
Spa pedicure not any better than walk-in nail salon. Had a spa finder gift card but was not given May special pricing. My expectations were much higher going into this first appointment there. Photo below is two days after gellish manicure (they look the same as the day I left).

She did an amazing job of explaining the process to me and helping me to understand what she was doing and why. She did a wonderful job of putting me at ease.
